Good things here
The society is at walking distance from Phursungi Bus depot on the main road. There's a school and market nearby so no issues of connectivity or market.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Public transport accessible
Low power cuts
Moderate maintenance charges
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Things need improvement
The only concern is there is no car parking in the building only bike parking is allowed. It's a standalone building.
