Amenities, location and people are just awesome. Very near to metro station and other day to day facilities

Nothing much to dislike but more improvisation required towards security at main gate. Not a problem in buliding premises but main gate must be more secured

The maintenance was alright in the society not very good neither bad the connectivity is also good as public transport is avaliable outside the society and the people in the society are also very good.

The society was under construction so the amneties like Garden was not well maintained swimingpool was not ready for use and had no space for society meeting or to organise small function

The walking track in this society is spacious, perfect for enjoyable evening strolls. The apartment's connectivity is exceptional, situated on the main road with a bus stop, hospital, school, supermarkets, and vegetable market within 500 meters. The road quality is good, with street lights available. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, lawn tennis, basketball court, community hall, kids' play area, and garden. Maintenance charges are reasonable, with regular cleaning conducted. Construction quality is outstanding, with no cracks. The surrounding community is friendly and cooperative.

The society faces traffic issues on the main road, causing inconvenience and potential safety hazards for residents. Addressing these concerns is essential to improve accessibility and safety in the area.

Situated along the main road, it's conveniently located within 500 meters of a bus stop, tiffin center, supermarkets, and clinics. The road condition is excellent, with functioning street lights and ample parking space. Residents enjoy a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, club, table tennis, basketball court, kids' play area, walking track, and garden. The community comprises professional, educated individuals, with 8 security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring safety. Maintenance is diligently carried out, ensuring cleanliness throughout the apartment, while lift functionality remains optimal.

The swimming pool currently lacks water, necessitating immediate attention to address the issue and ensure residents can fully enjoy this amenity as soon as possible.

Mantri Serenity is one of the well-known projects in Bangalore. The property has a large area with basic amenities. It does provides luxury apartments at a very affordable price. What impressed me the most is that the location is beside the metro station and malls. I have built a dream house over here and I am highly satisfied with the project. The most important thing that the society is really safe and well kept with the best neighbours. My kids even got good friends with whom they play around in the parks. The place is really great here. I love it.

I had booked a flat and I was excited about the amenities on the premises. My expectations were too high and I don’t regret investing in Mantri Serenity. It has all the facilities that I need for me and my family. This property has a large area of 19.6 Acres. Mantri Serenity has a total of 6 blocks that consists of 29 floors. I am mesmerized by the construction, location and connectivity. As an owner, it is a really satisfying moment. Can’t wait to take possession. I am going to move in soon.

Mantri Serenity is the best when it comes to luxury with affordable living. They provide a lot of choices and the entire team is supportive. The floor plan is divided into 2BHK and 3BHK with amenities like 24hrs water supply, parking area, swimming pool, gym, gardens and play area. The design of the apartments is eye-catching with enamel paints and ceramic tiles. The project is RERA approved and is well connected with the city. Mantri Serenity is a great example of their service and property. I really liked it here and my family is adjusting quite well here too. I would highly recommend the place to people.
