There are also some drawbacks to keep in mind. The RWA management might not be offering sufficient maintenance services, coupled with high maintenance charges averaging around Rs 4-5 per square foot. Visitor parking within the society is also a concern, and the lack of metro connectivity poses challenges for commuting residents. Overall, while Capital Athena provides a variety of amenities and a welcoming community, there are areas such as maintenance services and connectivity that could be enhanced to improve the overall living experience for residents.

The neighbourhood of Capital Athena is nicely connected to the other places of Noida city by major highways. The construction quality of this residential property is quite good. CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance.

A golf course, a well arranged salon, solar lighting and a business lounge are included within Capital Athena. Nearby roads are big but not well maintained at all which is problematic sometimes.
