Ki yhan par ped bohot km hai their should be more greenery. and their is no service line outside the society so bacho ke liye kaafi unsafe hota hai bahar jjana as direct main road aa jaata hai.

The society is very well maintained as CCTV cameras are installed and hygeine has been taken into consideration. People are helpful and all the festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Leakage during rainy season very the most common issue followed by water logging and seepage inside the buildings.

The maintenance part of the society is decent and the connectivity is also not an issue as residents can easily use public transport near that location, people living in the society are aslo very friendly and cooperative, construction quality is also very ggod and the society is very safe for women and there is no issue related to security as well.

Good things here
Our society is well equipt with all the amenities that their could be. even if some of the amenities are not available in the society then also they are on walking distence only. i use metro a lot so the best thing is that noida sector 76 metro station is very near the society. the other thing i like the most is our society is always clean. out society is very green as compared to other societies so its fresh air to breath.

Good things here
This was the first project by the builder so the construction quality of the building is very good. The connectivity of the society is very good as there is metro station within 1 km radius and market at walking distance and school, hospital within a radius of 3 to 4 km

This society is in central area of noida where everything is available & connectivity is nice like public transport, metro, market area, malls etc are nearby the society. Clubhouse is also here in the society.
Things need improvement
The consrtuction quality of the society needs to be improved in the society , mainly the structure of the building ,painting not done in society building from a long time, poor quality plaster used for constuction.

Public transport are accessible near the society, and overall, everything is well-maintained. There are no issues with drainage, and amenities such as the gym, club, and swimming pool are all located within the society. The residents are very friendly, and those living on each floor typically have a cooperative and harmonious relationship. Additionally, there is both open and basement parking available,

The construction quality of the building is inadequate, and there are issues with cockroaches and seepage. The plaster and fittings in the society are not of high quality. Also there is water logging is a recurring issue in the basement parking area.

Good things here
A couple of years ago, the local transport connectivity was poor in the society, but now due to metro it has improved. And auto and cabs like Ola and Uber are easily available. All facilities like gym, swimming pool and club house are available. Power backup is available so you won't come to know even if there is any power cut. If you face any issues, you can ask the management and they take care of it nicely. Visitor parking is also available.
Things need improvement
The kids play area is cemented and it would be better if there would have been a garden instead.

The connectivity of the society is great because the market area is available in the society plus the public transport like autos & cabs are easily available outside the society. There is peace in society because the society is not too much crowded. Amenities are well maintained.

Transportation is readily available, The maintenance is good, no challenges with cleanliness and garbage disposal. Despite these structural issues, the management promptly resolves problems. The community members are generally good and civilized. There is a play area for kids, providing a recreational space for families.
Things need improvement
The walls are not strong, and there are design problems, especially with poor-quality cement used in construction. During the rainy season, the outer walls of the building tend to chip off. The gym and parking areas are quite small, and the parking space allotted to everyone is a relatively small area. The space given to everyone is small to medium; ideally, it should be medium to large.

The connectivity of the society is very good, as the public transport like Auto, Rickshaws are available nearby and maintenance services are also good, cleanliness is perfectly taken caren by housekeeping staff. The water supply is properly provided to us.

There is a seepage issue in the flat which causes a lot of problems, walls looks so dirty just because of this seepage problem, otherwise everything is fine in the society.

We have quick access to taxis, cars, buses, and the metro. Sector 76 is the closest metro station and is within walking distance. Swimming pool is acceptable given the size of society. Very calm society; no hurry. a garden, a half-court for basketball, a playground for kids, and a badminton court.
