Good things here
Auto rickshaws and cabs are readily available, making transportation easily accessible within the society. All necessary amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, and swimming pool are provided. High-security measures have been implemented, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas. Regular painting maintenance is conducted. The residents are cooperative and friendly. Stray dogs are not permitted, ensuring safety.
Things need improvement
However, there are concerns about the poor build quality of the buildings, leading to leakage and seepage problems. The managing committee is in the process of resolving these issues. Additionally, there are parking space issues, as each unit has two vehicles but only one allocated parking space per unit.

Good things here
Railway station,bus stand is there near by the society and the local transport facilities is also easily available.Quality of the construction is good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage.All the festivals are being celebrated and socialism is good in the society.High security system and all the areas are under cctv survilance.Spacious area for parking is available for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
There is no solar panel and generator facilities in the society.Drainage issue are there in the society.Bmc water connection is there but not sufficient so the society has provided water tanker facilities due to that maintenance charges are bit high in the society.

Good things here
As a newcomer to this society, I've been pleasantly surprised by the high standards of maintenance and hygiene that are upheld here. Despite having only shifted in six months ago, I've already noticed the meticulous attention to detail in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the surroundings. The regular and timely garbage collection is a testament to the efficient management of the society. Additionally, I've been enjoying the various facilities available, including the gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids. These amenities have made settling into the community much easier and have enhanced my overall experience of living here.
Things need improvement
As a new resident in this society, I'm still acquainting myself with the various aspects of community living. While I've noticed the excellent maintenance and amenities provided, I've also encountered occasional challenges, such as the inconsistent availability of water supply at times. Although this issue has been a concern on occasion, I understand that it may be a part of the larger infrastructure dynamics within the area. As I continue to settle in and observe more closely, I hope to gain a better understanding of how these challenges are managed and addressed within the community.

Because almost all services are provided here, you won't have to leave the complex for basic requirements like food shopping, pharmacy visits, or anything else. A gym, a park, a running track, open space, and well-kept streets are all available.

There are no traffic jams there. You don't even need to leave society to meet your daily needs. The best part is that these cabs are available at all times.

Its location is very good as you feel that it is well connected and easily reach to the nearest bus stand or auto stand in a matter of few minutes. However, the homes are spacious and well-built but require a regular maintenance and I also think the prices are too high.
