Good things here
Metro is available within 500 to 600 meters near the society. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained by the management. Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Water quality is also good. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. electricity issues are not faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Security system is very good, 24*7 security is available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The constructuion quality of the society is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. Parks and greeneris are well maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
CCTV is not installed in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society.

The construction quality and maintenance of Society is very good, everything is well maintained.
Things need improvement
The connectivity around the Society is a bit poor as there is no bus stop nearby and hence rickshaws are also not available and since the society is made up of a single building thats why amenities not available.

Good things here
I like the park here and the children's play instruments very much. All the people of the society here belong to the Heighter family.
Things need improvement
I like only 2 things in this place, one has to walk 1.5 minutes for public transport and 4 minutes for metro.

This is best homes good people in this area auto and cabs easily available clean and well maintained strong walls and pillars good celebration of festival great schools nearby adequate water i reside in a beautiful home part of a colony in a faridabad town adjustment to the city
