The society provided an overall excellent experience without any notable issues. Maintenance was consistently top-notch, ensuring that the surroundings were well-kept. Public transport was conveniently available just outside the society, facilitating easy commuting. The proximity of schools and hospitals ensured that emergencies could be handled without difficulty. The roads within the society were well-maintained and accompanied by abundant greenery, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Personally, my experience there was extremely positive; there were no disruptions due to power cuts, and the cleanliness standards were consistently upheld. visitor parking facilities were readily accessible, and all essential facilities were present within the society, ensuring convenience for residents and visitors alike. Overall, the society offered a comfortable and hassle-free living experience with its array of amenities and well-maintained infrastructure.
Things need improvement
In the society, all the basic facilities that residents require are readily available, leaving no need unmet. Overall, the society is considered the best.

Good things here
Local transport like auto and buses are easily accessible from the society. market, restaurant. schools and colleges are near by the society. up till now, not have faced any construction related issues like leakage or bad plaster etc.
Things need improvement
Overall all the things are pretty well in the society, it is just the maintenance should be more improved in the societ

Good things here
Connectivity was good,local transort were easily available.There was no water logging and traffic issues around the society.Society was top notch in maintainence and lift were perfectly working and all the modern amenities were present in the society.crowd of the people is good and no discrimination between owners and tenants.No extra charges for tenants to use any of the amenities.
Things need improvement
Parking space was not covered and allocated in open space so due to which vehicles gets damaged,that was problematic sometimes.There was no allocated visitors parking in the society.

Good things here
Crowd of the people is good ,friendly and understanding.All the modern amenities are present in the society and fullly functional.Society has good security staff at entrance and each person being verified on the entrace,proper garbage disposible system was there.
Things need improvement
Public transport like local railway station and bus stand are no near by the society.Whole building is not under cctv survilance ,cctv was only on entrance and basement.

Good things here
Socialism is good in the society,all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Locality was great,malls and restaurants were near by the society.Schools,hospitals are at walkable distance from the society.Society is very much neat clean and hygenic,proper garbage disposible has been provided in the society.
Things need improvement
Roads outside the society are of poor condition dur to which water loggig and traffic issues are there.Some of the units faces seepage issues in the society.amenities are not fully functional like swimming pool and gym are is not operational since years.

Good things here
Location-wise, it was good as everything was nearby including schools, hospitals, markets, gyms, and facilities like clubhouse and swimming pool were available within the society. The residents are friendly and welcoming.
Things need improvement
There were construction issues with poor quality; plaster would peel off, tiles would come loose, and door borders would also detach. Door latches frequently broke. The area is densely populated with many societies, leading to traffic congestion due to narrow roads.

Good things here
The society had auto stands nearby and malls within walking distance. The roads outside the society were wide. Water was available 24/7, and the society was clean. All modern amenities were present. The flats were well-ventilated and had balconies. There was separate parking for visitors. Security was good, and the residents were friendly. Pets were allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
During peak hours, there was some traffic on the main road. There was an issue with power cuts, and the power backup was only available for common areas, not in the flats.

Auto rickshaws, taxis, and other transportation options were readily available near the society. Additionally, several schools, hospitals, restaurants, and other amenities were conveniently located nearby, enhancing the society's connectivity. The society benefited from 24-hour electricity supply and provided various amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids' play area. A notable feature was the presence of a temple within the society premises. Cleanliness standards were maintained, and the build quality was commendable with no visible cracks on the walls. The security system employed MyGate and CCTV facilities, ensuring the safety of residents. The neighbors were cooperative and friendly, and communal festivals were celebrated enthusiastically within the society.
Things need improvement
The roads surrounding the societies are narrow, leading to traffic congestion. Furthermore, there is only one accessible road connecting the societies, exacerbating congestion issues. The lack of BMC water supply necessitates the use of tanker facilities, resulting in increased charges. Leakage problems have been observed in washbasin and parking areas, leading to damage to vehicles, including the my own.

High security standards where outsiders are not allowed without security pass. CCTV camera coverage from all strategic coverage points. Amenities such as fully equipped gym, badminton court, tennis court, jacuzzi, child play area, food court and grocery shops are available. Swimming pool is not cleaned on regular basis and limited food delivery options.

there are no traffic issues. Security is also good as the security guards ensure that you family members are always safe and secured. Thanks to the other amenities like swimming pool, parks, Gym along CCTV coverage you do not have to go outside for daily needs.

Homes are spacious, well built and provides a nice view. The amenities including grocery shops, gym, banquet hall and parks are available inside the society.
