The society's location is fantastic, offering a wide range of amenities nearby. From shops catering to various needs to essential services like a petrol pump, hospital, temple, bank, and quality schools, everything is conveniently accessible. It's suitable for both bachelors and families alike. With a relatively low number of units, the society has a cozy, homely vibe. The available flats and penthouses offer ample space, with good construction quality maintained by an active association. They also organize cultural activities and events, fostering a positive atmosphere for residents of all ages.
Things need improvement
Vaswani Reserve has a lot of positives, but rent and flat prices might be a bit high. However, its great location makes up for it. While there are sports amenities, adding a basketball court and a park would make it even better, especially for outdoor lovers and families with kids. The construction quality is good but could be better. The society could do more to raise health awareness and organize cultural events. Increasing security staff would also make residents feel safer.

The society features excellent amenities such as a dedicated kid's play area, clubhouse, spacious pool, large meeting hall, squash court, and well-maintained greenery. Nearby tech parks and convenient transportation options, including cabs and buses. The construction quality is top-notch, as there are no issues related to seepage. Maintenance is also exemplary, with residents never having complained about major problems. Moreover, the community celebrates all festivals together within the community.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society around 4 years ago. During my residence, the only problems were the roads outside the society not being in good condition and heavy traffic due to the nearby tech parks.

This residential complex is situated in an excellent location along Panathur Main Road, within walking distance from Marathahalli ORR and near JP Morgan Kadubisanahalli. It stands out as the only high-rise complex in the area. Residents enjoy proximity to schools, offices, and tech parks, making it convenient for work and education. The complex offers good amenities such as a gym, club house, swimming pool, and indoor and outdoor games, enhancing the quality of life for its residents.

Good things here
This society is great for people working at nearby companies like ORACLE, JP MORGAN CHASE, and WALMART because of its many amenities like a pool, gym, and play area. The buildings have up to 10 floors, and the apartments are well-designed with plenty of space and balconies. You'll find supermarkets, medical stores, and restaurants nearby. However, some apartments have seepage and minor water issues in the washrooms. Despite this, amenities are well-kept and accessible, and security is good with guards stationed every 100 meters. Overall, it's a nice place to live.
