Good things here
There's a market nearby for shopping. You can easily get around the city from here. The maintenance fees are reasonable. There's a large gym for workouts. The security cameras are operational. And there's plenty of parking available.

The neighborhood in the society was very good, people were very helpful and cooperative.
Things need improvement
No maintenance services were provided. Apart from the club house, no other amenities were available in the society and the hospital was also very far away.

Connectivity like nearby markets ,malls, school ,colleges are there. public transport is very easy.

Power cuts issue. club house is closed most of the time.seepage issue arises. water hardness is very high.no swiming pool in the society.

The new clubhouse is very big, making it better than all the other societies around, and it's great for the residents.

I have not yet received the occupancy certificate registration for my flat, and I am experiencing occasional seepage issues due to poor construction quality.

The security services offered by society is nice and there are cameras too for security purpose

Metro travelling was easy, in front of society auto was available, Gym, TT is there. Makets are infron of the society, people are cooperative here

Swimming pool is under constrction will be constructed in the upcomng summers.

Connectivity is good around the society, public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available around the society. The maintainance of the society is good. No such seepage or leakage issues are faced Security system is good. CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. Lifts are properly functional. In amenities gym, club house, indor and outdoor games are available in the society. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society, neighbours are friendly and cooperative. The appartments in the society are very spacious.

Swimmingpool is not available in the society. There are no such improvements required in this society.

Good things here
Maintenance quality of the society was fine with no water logging and supply issues. Cleanliness was also well maintained. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are provided. Construction quality was fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Residents were decent and cooperative. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. Paintings and renovations were done timely. There were no stray dogs related issues.
Things need improvement
The family residents were not very cooperative with those who were bachelors.

Good things here
Having buses, cabs, and excellent facilities available is incredibly convenient for residents. The presence of a large pool, gym, and clubhouse adds to the appeal of the area. Additionally, the absence of any seepage issues and the pet-friendly environment make it even more desirable.

The society is fine, there are no issues worth highlighting.

Good things here
The connectivity around the soociety is good, maintenance team is active, lifts and other things are properly functional,All the shops for basic necessities are there in the society,painting of the building is done on regular basis,There are no issues like seepage regarding the construction quality,Playground and club house are also there.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool in the society. The basement area is not cleaned properly due to which litter starts piling up over there. Also there is issue of mosquitos in the rainy season.

I looked at this society for a rented apartment and found that their is no swimming pool, no markets, except for a small departmental store and many of the blocks are still under construction including the parking space. Despite these shortcomings, we went ahead to book a flat in H block 6th floor due to a positive vibe and what we thought was a decent owner but we couldn’t be more wrong.

During my time in the society, transportation facilities were excellent with auto cabs and metro services nearby. All amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were well-maintained and fully functional. The residents were cooperative, and festivals were celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community. Additionally, the security system was robust, with guards stationed at each entrance of the society.
Things need improvement
Bus services are not available nearby the society, and the build quality is not up to the mark, with leakage and seepage issues that need to be addressed.
