Public transport facilities are very frequent, we easily get autos, metros, cabs etc. No major issues have been faced regarding the public transport facilities. The maintenance of the society has no loopholes - the society is clean, hygiene has always been a top most priority in this society. During Rainy seasons problems like water logging never comes.
One problem that is associated with the connectivity of the society is Metro station is not nearby. Then there has been a lot of traffic on the roads at office timimgs. Problems like leakage and seepage exists in the sociery that needs to be taken care of. Gyms and clubhouses are under construction from a long time. Another area of concern is that people don't celebrate the festivals like much of the festivals together, society should organise cultural events and festivals to enhance the sense of belongingness and bondings among the people.

Connectivity ke ilava society ki har cheez achchi hai saari amenities available hai, paas mein hi market bhi hai. clean hai mentained hai, the societies mentainance team is very active agar koi bhi issue raise karo toh voh jald se jald solve ho jata hai.
According to me connevcitivy ka thoda sa issue hai as metro 10-12 KM door hai easyy cab ni milti. metro ka project paas ho chuka hai par abh tak aaya nahi hai.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is always available. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Parking space is available. Paintings are done on time in the common areas if required. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Buses are not available outside the society. Metro is a bit far from the society. Wall quality could have been better. Swimmingpool will be operational after March generally after Holi.

Infrastructure including the walls and seepage issues, everything is taken care of by the society. Festivals are celebrated very lively. The gym is there and its functional. You can get access to auto and rickshaw
Connectivity is little off in society, no hospital or school nearby. It takes a while when the cab needs to be booked, it's not feasible to step outside and find the needed services.

Quality of the construction was really good as there was no issues regarding anything and room were spacious and well designed.Allocated parking was available for owners in the society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society.High security system has been adopted all the ares were under cctv survilance and gaurds were available on each entrance.All the modern amenities were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and everything was highly maintained and well eqquiped.
Connectivity was a major drawback as auto and cabs were not available easily even railway station and bus services were not available at that period of time.swimming pool and gym was chargable for tenants.

During my stay I didn't face many problems. There was no issue with seepage, and public transportation, markets, schools, and hospitals were all available nearby. The construction of the roads was good; they were neither broken nor narrow. Maintenance services were provided on time.
During my time in the society, there were no amenities available. In my experience, I didn't feel that there were any issues or a need for further improvement there.

Ola, Uber ajati thi, metro was not nearby, Auto zada milte nhi the, Gym, Clubhouse, Swimming pool were well mentained, building construction was amazing no wall paster issue I faced, Safai ka dhiyan rkha jata tha, No bachelors were living in the society peole resides with families and also enrionment was friendly.
I left 3years ago, Generator problem was there, 2-5hours there were no electricity, In a month we face this problem once.

Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options. Schools and hospitals are available nearby. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Maintenance quality is also fine with proper cleanliness and water supply. Residents are decent. All festivals and events are celebrated together.
The construction quality is poor with seepage issues and leakage issues. Plaster quality is also bad.

Balcony is available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. Basement parking is available both for 2 and 4 wheelers. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society.
The society comprises of high rise buldings, people staying in the society is a lot, the society is very crowded. Amenities are less compared to so many people staying in the society, ameenities should be more in the society. The constructuion quality is very poor in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall quality is very week. Balcony is small. People are not very friendly and cooperative in the society, tenents are not treated nicely.

Autos and cabs could be found easily. The neighbours were cooperative as all the events and functions were celebrated inside the premises of the soceity.
The society is not accompanied by a nearby metro station. So residents have to travel by other means to reach there. No swimming pool or gym were present inside the premises of the society.

Maintenance is well taken care of, and the neighborhood is very clean. Public transport like autos, buses, and online cabs are easily available. There are amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, and they are well maintained. There is also power backup in the neighborhood.
This is Delhi NCR, we face seepage/seelan issue in the building/individual houses. Other than this nothing comes to mind for better improvement.

Ola and Uber were easily accessible. Previously, the Metro wasn't readily available. Maintenance and cleanliness were well-maintained. The clubhouse and swimming pool were managed efficiently.
Whenever we needed to go somewhere outside the society, we had to take a cab because it was difficult to find an auto nearby quickly. There should be a temple within the society, but it's missing.

There is nothing specific which i like in the society . but society provides all types of ammenities to the residents .
There is very bad connectivity to the society as metro station is aroun 10 km away and you can not get public transport easily

Connectivity is good. Cabs and autos are available right outside the society. Issue resolution is fast. No issues related to garbage collection. Lifts are maintained properly, no major issues, preventive maintenance is done on a frequent basis. There is a checklist which is followed daily. Maintenance is Rs.2 per sq.ft. Gym, swimming pool and other ameneties are available. Trainers are also available in the gym. The swimming pool is cleaned in a proper way when it is in use during the summer months.
Nearest hospital is 5 kms away. Metro station is 8 to 10 kms away. There are some parking issues, when people purchase 2 vehicles and have purchased 1 parking space. Parking related rules are there, but people don't follow them. Maintenance is also average and nothing great. Seepage leakage issues are common.

All the amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids play area are available in the society and are well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and cooperative, and all festivals are celebrated together, fostering a sense of community.
The build quality of the apartment was not great, and there were minor issues regarding leakage and seepage. The maintenance team took 1 to 2 days to attend to complaints, which could have been a bit quicker.
