Good things here
Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Reads are quite wide out the society. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues and plaster quality issues are not seen as such. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The society is very small, there is no chaiperson or committee members assigned for the maintenance. There are no Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in the society. All the maintainance has to be done by ourselfs. Common amenities and comminity halls can be ade and improved.
