Nicely located project with all the basic amenities inside it is the biggest advantage. Connectivity is quite good. There are many green parks, jogging tracks for a healthy lifestyle. It seems that homes are designed and built with utmost care which can also be seen when you visit here or stay here. Another advantage is the availability of grocery shops, ATMs, well-developed parks and restaurants are available at walking distance.

Ventures with a History The Sanctuary assures a sought lifestyle while also providing a convenient living environment. There are shops, a gym, parks, a well-maintained road with street lights and CCTV cameras. Well-maintained parks with regular maintenance and cleanliness are a normal thing here. There are no network issues and even the power/water supply is good. The colleges, schools, hospitals, malls are reachable at a short distance.

This block of land is for sale in Bangalore's Sarjapur Road. Everything is available at walking distance like there are green parks, gym, ATM, grocery shops and other facilities. The inside roads are well developed and lit during the night. Also, there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere. Good connectivity with easy availability of public transport as well booking a cab is much easier as they always reach on time due to smooth traffic condition.

Good security arrangements with regular police patrolling make it overall a safer place for the residents. Homes are spacious and have good fittings in the bathroom and kitchen along with large windows to allow fresh air and sunlight. No electricity or water-related problems are there. However, the markets, schools, colleges, hospitals, malls, and shopping complexes are nearby.

You will never have trouble reserving a cab or getting to your location since there are no traffic bottlenecks or snarls. The running track and beautiful green park give you a light and refreshing feeling. If you have CCTV cameras installed by security pros, you will feel safer. Water and power are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because public transportation is easily accessible and there is minimal traffic congestion outside, cabs come on time. The pricing is reasonable, and you will have no problems staying here.
