But some other things I have to include regarding this locality so that people can understand about this property. First thing, the major waterlogging problem happens in every monsoon due to the presence of potholes and poor drainage as i have heard from others. We might face frequent power cuts too in future. That is quite disappointing. I feel like these problems can be taken care of when move in is done.

Godrej 24 is delicate connected to Koramangala, Doddakannelli, Kaikondrahalli and Carmelaram localities. Nearby Outer Ring Road and connects to Hosur Road and Sarjapura-Attibele Road. But a little traffic issues are found due to the presence of Carmelaram Railway Station. Apart from it, the overall connection is very strong with a sound transport system. Leading hospitals, such as Columbia Asia and Doctor Levine Memorial are so close to my apartment. My mother is a nurse of Columbia Asia and for that, the place is quite favourable. Some excellent schools like Orchids - The International School and Delhi Public School are so near. Market Square Mall on Sarjapur Road is one of the vastly popular malls in the province. I am looking forward to live here.

And positively, this project gave me all the luxurious amenities with excellent security services. The locality is so safe and rooms of every flat are airy and have spaces. Moreover, the place is quite reasonable for it's price. I am willing to move in soon.

It has basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton courts. swimming pool, kids pool, kids playground, aerobic rooms, gymnasium, small theatre, banquet hall, community hall for meetings are prevailed here. Construction is being well developed. Dwellers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. I liked the place and looking forward to move in once it’s done and ready.

Godrej 24 in Sarjapur Road in Bangalore offered a host of lifestyle amenities that I would appreciate. I'm glad to mention that this place delivers me all the perfect maintenance with some major security services, interrupted power supply, wireless Internet access and several other installations as well. Overall the area is safe but having some water problems during summer because this residence is located in an immense dry area. This project shares with us some major facilities like a huge place for gardening, parks for kids, ample spaces for yoga and meditation.I am looking forward to live here soon.
