Good things here
The society enforces strict access control, allowing no outsiders without a pass, and ensures surveillance with CCTV cameras installed in every corner. Residents enjoy amenities like a gym, spa, swimming pool, and indoor/outdoor play areas. Additionally, there are departmental stores and medical shops within the society premises. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, fostering a sense of community, and neighbors are known for their friendliness.
Things need improvement
Currently, there is no metro connectivity available. The swimming pool for kids is not well-maintained, and there are concerns about the high maintenance charges. Seepage issues are causing plaster damage, and there is limited parking space available. Additionally, residents are dissatisfied with the management's inadequate maintenance services.

Good things here
The society is exceptionally well-maintained, ventilated, and adorned with lush greenery, creating a beautiful ambiance. The view is stunning, especially overlooking the sea. The swimming pool area features three different pools, including a baby pool, main pool, and a jacuzzi-like pool, offering various options for relaxation and recreation. The club offers a wide range of fun activities for residents, and there's also a dedicated playground for children to enjoy.
Things need improvement
In my opinion, there are no negatives about this society as I haven't faced any troubles myself. However, one thing to note is the absence of rickshaws, which may be inconvenient for some residents.

The area lacks greenery, and traffic congestion is a persistent issue in the surrounding areas. Furthermore, there are challenges with parking availability, and amenities such as schools and hotels are not conveniently located nearby.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory as buses are available nearby. The traffic is manageable. Market areas are close by. Maintenance quality is fine with proper water supply, power back and hygiene maintainace. Paintings and waterproofing are done timely. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. CCTVs and security guards are present. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and functional.
Things need improvement
Society provides all the basic facilities but Malls are not available nearby for shopping purpose

While undoubtedly one of the best projects in Ulwe, it's worth noting that the prices are on the higher side. The developer seems to prioritize charging more for sea view flats rather than basing prices on amenities and flat space. Consequently, even rental rates are considerably steep.
Things need improvement
This project is often deemed overrated for both sale and rent. Despite its reputation, there's still a lot of development needed in the surrounding area. Given this, the rent is perceived as too high considering the current state of the locality.

Good things here
I'm really happy with the roads here, and my home is spacious with big rooms. Having a small playground nearby is a plus, and the neighborhood vibe is great.
Things need improvement
I'm pretty disappointed with the transportation situation and other things around here. It feels like everything's a bit lacking, especially when the streetlights aren't working.
