Good things here
Cabs and autos are readily available within the society, which is a newly built establishment. The amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained. The spacious and enjoyable play area adds to the appeal of the society. Additionally, there is a nearby play school within walking distance, making it convenient for families. IT offices are conveniently located 5 kilometers away from the society. Residents also benefit from facilities like grocery shops and markets within walking distance. The society boasts good security measures, and the residents are known for being very cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
Amidst the bustling activity of metro construction, pollution and traffic congestion have become prevalent issues in the area. The state of the roads leaves much to be desired, and during rainfall, the area often becomes waterlogged. Unfortunately, cleanliness outside the society leaves a lot to be desired.

Good things here
The ambiance and overall park are well-maintained in the society. Within a 1 km radius, residents easily access grocery stores, clinics, shops, and schools. Maintenance is efficient with no water or power issues, and basic garbage collection is regular. Lift maintenance and housekeeping are satisfactory. Construction exhibits no issues, and amenities like the gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and children's play area are available.
Things need improvement
Bus connectivity poses a challenge in the society, making commuting difficult for residents. Despite other conveniences within reach, the lack of reliable bus services affects accessibility to essential destinations, creating inconvenience for the community.

Good things here
The environment is serene and conducive to peaceful living, with convenient access to essential facilities such as hospitals, schools, and clinics within a 5-minute walk from the society, located near the main road. Maintenance charges are reasonable at 3 Rs per square foot, and the committee organizes various festivals including Ganesh Puja, Christmas, Diwali, and New Year. There are no issues of leakages, and all amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and walking track are well-maintained in this low-pollution area.
Things need improvement
The water quality in the society is hard, posing challenges for residents due to issues related to water hardness.

No power or water supply issues. Prime location with good connectivity and reasonable prices of this project are major highlights along with well-built homes. Everywhere CCTV cameras are installed for the 24*7 safety of the residents and professional security guards who actively do verification of the visitors. Another advantage is the availability of grocery shops, ATMs, swimming pool, well developed parks and restaurants are available at a walking distance. There is no traffic congestion there. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the place.

Well equipped with all the basic amenities to facilitate the needs of the residents. Pollution free environment with lots of greenery and cleanliness is a positive point of this project. Within the society, there are green parks, jogging parks, swimming pools, gyms, and other amenities. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery. Homes are spacious, well built and provides a nice view. Whether its connectivity or safety this place is desirable also because of greenery that you find here.

Project next to Sri Ramchandra Medical Hospital and proximity to Supermarkets, Schools and Business Hubs. The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good. All the basic amenities like shops, malls, metro station, schools and major colleges are nearby. Safety and security is taken care nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards which greatly reduce the fear of any kind of problem to the kids or women. Sometimes there is a network issue so, it might not be suitable for work from home environment.

The roads are well maintained and street lights are installed alongside. Installed CCTV cameras for the safety of the residents and attentive for the safety of the residents. Another advantage is the availability of grocery shops, ATMs, swimming pool, well developed parks and restaurants are available at a walking distance. Nicely located project with all the basic amenities inside it are the biggest advantages. Connectivity is quite good. There are many green parks, jogging tracks for a healthy lifestyle. It seems that homes are designed and build with utmost care which can also be seen when you visit here or stay here.

Because of the great infrastructure and easy provision of public transportation, hiring a cab is significantly easier because they always arrive on time due to the smooth traffic situation. There shops, gym, swimming pool, parks, well maintained road with street light and CCTV cameras. The colleges, schools, hospitals, malls are at a nearby location. It seems that homes are designed and build with utmost care which can also be seen when you visit here or stay here. Also, the construction quality of homes from inside and outside is good. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. parking is not an issue for the residents or the visitors.
