Good things here
It’s a great society, lived here first as tenants for several years and then ended up buying the same flat. Extremely accessible, gets ample sunlight, right on the main road and great schools nearby. Flats which face towards the main road, away from the railway station, especially block B is quite good with very good sunlight and less noise.
Things need improvement
There are a few flats and blocks towards the railway station which get quite a bit of noise from the railway station.

Prime location with access to the Saffire mall just in front. More moving out of Saffire has been a setback. Perfect balance of amenities amidst the prime locality.

The playing area for the kid is perfect. I am happy to be a part of this community. People are nice and so is the internal management.
