Good things here
People can easily go anywhere they need to because the connectivity is superb. There are no problems with water supply or water logging inside the society. There was an electricity issue five or six years ago, but it's been resolved now. There's only one large room where certain occasions are held.
Things need improvement
The maintenance is very poor. There's seepage in the bathroom and kitchen areas. The flats are small. There's one building that's not fully constructed, so people throw garbage from their balconies into the common areas. The AVJ staff try to clean it, but there's still some garbage left. We can't figure out who's responsible for it. The maintenance staff aren't doing a good job. There are other issues too, like the parking being too small for those who paid for it, and the CCTV cameras not working properly, neither in the lift nor in the parking. The lifts are slow. During summer, there are electricity problems. There's a second basement parking that's not open yet, and there's a water logging issue there.

Good things here
For transportation purposes, autos and other means were available nearby. There were no issues related to water supply or waterlogging in the society. Plus, people of society are cooperative & friendly, celebrate festivals together in society.
Things need improvement
However, the construction quality was poor due to seepage and leakage issues. There is no gym or power backup facility. Waterlogging existed outside the society during the rainy season, causing inconvenience. Stray dogs coming into the society and mobile network issues were also prevalent.

He said I own a flat in this society, but not living there from last 1 year, rent pe dediya hai maine woh flat. Connectivity acchi hai wahan ki, auto , cabs easily mil jata hai. Metro station jaane ke liye bhi auto rickshaw mil jata hai. He said main personal vehicle bhi use karta tha, toh traffic ka toh issue nahi tha. Maintenance charges are 2100 per month for my 2 BHK flat. Amenities like park, clubhouse is there in society. Lifts are there in society.

Maintenance mein improvement hona chahiye. Kuch flats ki abhi tak registry nahi hui hai thats an issue. B-Tower of the society is still under construction. Lifts timely maintained nahi hoti hain. Swimming pool only Holi ke time pe hi active hota hai. Society bahar se bohot bekaar dikhta hai, koi denting, repainting nahi hui hai. Barabar mein 2 societies hain, unke comparison mein bohot bekaar lagti hai yeh society. Log majboori mein reh rahe hain. Main khud pareshan hoke rent pe deke, kahi aur rent pe reh raha hoon.

Good things here
Connectivity is good here in the society, Autos wagerah easily mil jata hai, 1.5 km away from Alpha commercial metro station. Facility stores are also there. Spacious flats hain society ke yahan. Garbage collection hota hai time to time. Gym & clubhouse are in the society. Log ache se cooperate karte hain. Prepaid coupon system is there for electricity & maintenance also. Floor pattern best hai iss society ka.
Things need improvement
Outer look bohot badiya nahi hain kyuki kuch builder ka issue chal raha hai. There is no swimming pool in the society. Registry abhi saari pending hai. Fire alarms nahi hain society mein, water jets bhi nahi hain. These things should be improved.

Good things here
Local markets are within society. All modern ameneties are available. Its a gated society and is pretty secure. CCTV cameras are available.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool is not functional. Construction quality is decent and not that good.

There was nothing particular which i liked but connectivity of the society somehow nice.

There were a major issue of lifts in the society. Lifts did not work properly almost everytime

Good things here
The transportation connectivity is good as there are public transport easily available, and basic maintenance of CCTV, lifts are taken care. Cleaning is done on time, and there are no issues with water or electricity supply. There's a playground also for kids to play. People in the society are also nice. However, amenities like the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse were all operational.
Things need improvement
There was a problem of seepage from one flat to another, and stray dogs were also an issue in the society.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options like autos and cabs. Roads quality is also fine. The location of the society is really good.
Things need improvement
Maintenance services provided are average. Amenities like parks are provided but not well maintained with broken rides. Security system is also not well maintained.
