Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with the metro station nearby. Other transport options like buses and cabs are also available. Hospitals and schools are present nearby. Maintenance is fine with proper cleanliness and hygiene maintained. Residents are cooperative & decent.
Things need improvement
Construction quality was poor with old infrastructure, with a few seepage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in society.

Good things here
She said yes mere parents rehte hain wahan, that is my Mayka. Shaadi ke baad I have moved out, but mai waha jaati rehti hoon. Interior maintenance is fine. Paani ka bhi koi problem nahi hai.Location acha hai society ka bohot. Agar kisi ko kam budget mein ghar chahiye , toh ye society badiya hai. Connectivity bohot badiya hai, kyuki society main road pe hai. Society ke andar hi school hai for tiny tots, bahar bhi St.Thomas school hai, public transport mil jata hai. Log acche rehte hain friendly and cooperative hain. Park hai society mein, baccho ke khelne ke liye 2 parks hain.

Bohot hi purana hai society. Ghar purane hogaye hain. The main issue mujhe lagta hai ke koi car parking nahi hai, koi allotted car parking nahi hai. Lifts bhi nahi hai society mein. Seepage/leakage ka issue hai, hamara ghar ground floor pe hai to wahan toh hai seepage ka issue, ghar itne aas paas hain toh theek se cross-ventillation nahi hota hai mere hisaab se. Gate no.8 ke bahar, waterlogging ka issue hota hai during rains. Stray dogs ka bhi issue hain waha society mein. Ek automatic floor parking banni chahiye. There is no gym in society. Swimming pool hai lekin bohot chota sa hai sirf naam ka.

Good things here
Facilities in society like gym , swimming pool , clubhouse all is available in the society that is a plus point. .All public transports are easily available so the connectivity of society is also highly appreciated.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of the society is below average as there is poor quality of plaster and fiting, seepage/leakage issue also there, so construction quality needs to be improved for the betterment of the society.

Good things here
The construction quality of the society is good and the maintenance is also fine, everything is average. Power backup, parks, and badminton court is there.
Things need improvement
Currently there is no lift in the society, which is required. There can be further improvement in the greenery. There is a park in the society, but apt swings and equipment are not available for younger children. Street dogs are also a major issue.

The best point of the Society is that the connectivity of the Society is very good and everything is available around the Society, school, hospital, market, everything.
Things need improvement
Lift is not available in the society and basic amenities are also not available like gym, swimming pool and club house and earlier there was an issue of water logging but now it is fine but earlier there was a major issue of water logging.

Metro is 2 to 3 kms away from the society. Some Market areas, restaurants are nearby the society. Small park is available in the society. Rent of the society is affordable. The society has got decent people who stays in the society.
Things need improvement
Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are not easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is average. Maintainance of the society is not at all good, the society is not kept clean and hygine is also not maintained. The maintainance services are not good at all. CCtv cameras and lifts are not maintained properly, It is sometimes not functional. There is a big issues with water supply, the water quality that is received is of tanker water, the water quality is very bad, it's very dirty. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. I didn't like anything about this society for which I had to leave the society.

Location wise, the society is very good. Everything is available around society, like metro stations and even markets are there nearby.
Things need improvement
The amenties and facilities that should be available in any modern society are not available. Only a carrom board and a table tennis court is available. The society is very old and was developed more than 30 years ago, so due to that there is an issue of dampness. Hardly any maintenance is done. There are no lifts in any of the towers.

There are proper parks and greenery maintained in the society. connectivity of the society is good as everything is nearby and public transport is easily available. society is connected by elevated roads so getting in and out is easy. location of the society would be the main advantage of the society.

Maintainance charges are very low it costs 700 rupees. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Hospitals are avilable nearby. Metro is nearby the society. Parking space is available. Park is available. Balcony is not available in the society. cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Garbage collection is not collected on time. The constructuion quality is very poor, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Common stairs are brocken. Tank is broken in the society and it is not repaired. Electricity issues are faced a lot. Management is not good at all. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. People are not friendly and cooperative in the society.

Maintenace is only average the commity takes care of most of teh work in the society on time, there is no electricity problem as in there is proper power backup, they have good connectivity of cabs and auto, its easy for the residents to commute. The security is super tight when it comes to the main gate and tower security
Things need improvement
The windows in the falts should have been updated, its very old and rusty with iron rods it give the society a very old look. The walls and paints could have been better, they are chipping off from places to places. No gym in society

Traveling is easy with nearby public transportation. We have CCTV cameras installed. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are well-kept. People are friendly, celebrating festivals together.
Things need improvement
There are no lifts in the society. We face issues of Water logging outside the society, We have seepage and leakage issues in the individual houses.

The society is blessed with good connectivity, schools and hospitals are nearby, everything is available.
Things need improvement
The parking allotment of the society has not been given to anyone, due to that there is a lot of parking issues and the society is very old, hence the construction quality is a little low and it has started getting a little damaged.

The aging building has experienced issues such as leakage and seepage, with pending renovation work. Cracks have appeared on the outer walls, indicating structural concerns. Furthermore, the society offers only basic amenities, lacking features like a swimming pool or clubhouse.

The society has good facilities of local transport such as cabs and autos. Metro is at a little bit of distance. Electricity and water supply is available is mantained and no issues with that. Garbage collection and disposal is done on time. Neighbours are helpful and very cooperative.
Things need improvement
The equipments of the gym are not appropriate. The construction quality of the buidling is very poor as seepage is very common in every building of the area.
