Good things here

I have been residing in this society for the past 12 years, benefiting from its proximity to numerous schools, excellent maintenance services at reasonable charges, and the availability of amenities including two clubhouses one newly constructed and the other older, and a consistently well-maintained pool.

Things need improvement

Having resided in this society for the past 12 years, I've noticed that the construction is somewhat aged, the metro station is a bit distant, and the gym facilities are outdated, with older equipment.

Good things here

The connectivity in the society is good because schools, hospitals, and apart from the metro, all public transportation options such as cabs and autos are easily accessible. The maintenance is also good, with reliable water supply and power backup facilities. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. The neighborhood is also good.

Good things here

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are also good in the society. Ventilation is very good in the society. Garbage collection is also good in the society; it will be used for plants. Water facility is very good in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Cabs are available if we book. Autos are available on the main road. The kids' play area is very spacious.

Things need improvement

schools are very far from the society, around 3 km away. Facilities like grocery stores and markets are also far from the society, about 2 km away. There is no parking area for visitors in the society.

The surrounding people are friendly, cooperative, and celebrate festivals together. Nearby amenities include supermarkets and a bus stop within 500 meters, with a theater and clothing stores 1 km away. Adequate parking space is available, and road quality is good. Various amenities such as swimming, badminton, and squash courts, volleyball court, kids' play area, gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and community hall are provided. Maintenance is excellent, with daily cleaning and ongoing garbage collection.

Good things here

i lived 2 year back on that time rent is affordable i have own vehicle without traffic issues, and there was ample parking within the community. Within a 1 km radius, residents had access to shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and other amenities. The community facilities like table tennis, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were well-maintained. Cleanliness was also a priority, with regular garbage collection, and lift maintenance was done on time. The surrounding people were friendly and inclusive, celebrating various festivals together. Additionally, the construction quality was exceptional, with no cracks and good ventilation throughout. Overall, it seems like you enjoyed a comfortable and convenient lifestyle with minimal issues.

The major drawback was the deplorable condition of the approach road. Its poor state significantly detracted from an otherwise commendable living environment.

Connectivity is excellent, with a nearby bus stop, grocery stores, ATMs, supermarkets, schools, and well-maintained roads. Adequate street lighting enhances safety, and lifts are equipped with proper lighting and fans. Regular garbage collection and daily cleaning ensure cleanliness. A wide range of amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, library, badminton and basketball courts, lawn, community hall, and kids' play area, are available. The construction quality is exceptional, and the surrounding community is friendly and cooperative.

The area is easily accessible by personal vehicle, with various amenities within a 3 km radius, including petrol bunks, schools, theaters, shopping malls, and supermarkets, without encountering traffic issues. The road quality is excellent, accompanied by sufficient parking space. Continuous water and power supply, along with daily cleaning, ensure convenience and cleanliness. The apartments provide good ventilation and air quality, complemented by amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, community hall, and kids' play area.
