Good things here
Connectivity is good as the schools, hospitals, and supermarkets are nearby. public transport is available easily from and outside the society. all amenities are available and they too well maintained as I use the gym often and it's well equipped, we also have a swimming pool and other amenities available in the society. the construction quality of the building is good and the maintenance staff of the society is also good as they keep the society clean and hygienic while providing all facilities like proper water and power supply.

Maintaining of lift is preety good.Amenities like club house is well-maintained.Hospitals are easily available for emergency.

Roads are very poor in front of the socieety.Water facility is not good,full of dust.Pollution is there around the society.

Good things here
The maintenance of the clubhouse in the society is highly enjoyable for residents. The water facility is excellent, ensuring reliable access to clean water. Additionally, there is a dependable power backup system in place within the society. Residents benefit from the convenience of having a supermarket located inside the society premises.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is substandard, with numerous issues such as seepages primarily in bathrooms, leakages in bedrooms, and many cracks on walls. Additionally, the showers are not functioning properly. It's evident that the builder has not fulfilled the promises made, and there have been no improvements in the past 10 years. Furthermore, there are no amenities such as a swimming pool or gym available in the society.

Good things here
The maintenance of the gym and clubhouse in the society is well-managed. The main road is conveniently located near the society, making autos easily accessible, which is convenient. Water facilities within the society are satisfactory. Maintenance charges are quite reasonable. The residents are very friendly and actively celebrate every festival in the community.
Things need improvement
Power backup is not available in individual apartments, only for common areas. Garbage collection in the society is very poor, as municipal personnel only collect it once a week, which is not hygienic.
