This is a well-connected society, as a metro station is conveniently located just less than a kilometer away. Additionally, numerous schools, supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, and restaurants are all within a 2km radius of the community. Maintenance facilities are commendable due to doorstep garbage collection and reasonable maintenance charges. Inside the community, residents enjoy excellent amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and park for everyone to enjoy. There are no leakage problems as the society's buildings are newly constructed.
The road outside our society is in bad condition, causing inconvenience for residents when traveling.

This society enjoys excellent connectivity due to its proximity to the airport. Essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, and shopping malls are all within a 10-minute travel distance from the community. Constructed around 7 years ago, the buildings are new, and there are no issues with water leakage due to the high standard of construction. Residents also benefit from amenities such as multiple gyms, a playground, and a clubhouse. Additionally, the maintenance of society is decent, with regular garbage collection and disposal.
The roads just outside the community are in bad condition because there are a lot of CISF buses traveling.

Notably, the construction quality is commendable, with 95% of flats reporting no water leakages. Maintenance charges are also reasonable, approximately Rs 3 per square foot.
The society lacks open space, and amenities such as tennis or badminton courts are absent. Additionally, residents cannot easily access essentials like groceries and dairy within walking distance. Furthermore, integrating EV charging stations would be advantageous for residents.

I moved out of this society, and during my time in this society, I experienced exceptional maintenance standards. We rarely encountered electricity issues and reliable power backup systems. Additionally, robust security measures were in place across all blocks. The construction quality of the society is excellent, with regular painting and monthly checkups ensuring upkeep in all areas, including the gym, swimming pool, walking track, clubhouse, and play area. One of the significant advantages of this location is its proximity to the international airport, only 4 to 5 kilometers away. Furthermore, there are several small grocery stores and salons conveniently situated near the community.
This society lacks connectivity as major markets, shopping malls, multi-specialty hospitals, and restaurants are far from its vicinity.

Clean air, top location, and excellent construction quality at good prices are the few special features of this project. Easy connectivity with local transport with the availability of nearby schools, markets, colleges, hospitals, institutes, and malls makes this a nice place to live. You hardly face any problems related to safety, water, or power shortage. There are lots of parks, jogging tracks, gyms, grocery stores, retail stores, medical shops, etc. on the premises. Furthermore, the lush greenery makes the whole place look nicer and fresh.
