Loccation is very good. nearby markets also on walking distance. public transport easy to catch.

Maintenance is very poor,like water,power supply is disturbed suddenly. we are survive without those resorces.

Auto and cabs available outside the society, great connectivity of bus stand and building condition is also good in this society.

The metro connectivity is not so good, metro station is 7km far away from the society,

24/7 power and water backup is avialable. connectivity is very easy. all the amenitis services is here.

He said main pehle rehta tha waha before covid time. Maintenance toh theek tha society ka. Gym, garden, clubhouse sab hai society mein. Greenery acchi hai society mein.
Things need improvement
Connectivity mein issue tha, public transport nahi milta tha . Construction quality acchi nahi hai, sookhi cement daalke banadiya hai, kisi ne theek se supervise nahi kiya hai. Drill karte hain ghar mein toh cement nikalta hai sookhi, construction theek se nahi hua hai.

Location is very good,also connectivity is nice, all the public transport are easy to catch.amenitis are hre.
Things need improvement
For metro you have to 4-5 km away and for railway you have to go Noida station .

Ola ,uber,rapido,buses are easily catch on late night also. main gate security and building gate security is very strong .

Construction used very cheap quality material thats why we face leakage, seepage problem in the society.

Auto and cabs are easily available infront of the society. swimming pool is clean , club house ,gym ,parking area is also good and neat and clean.
Things need improvement
We often faces power cuts issue in the society, power backup is avialable but they charge 17 rupees/unit which is very expensive.

Women safety is very nice. power backup easy avialable. all amenitis facilities are easy to used. all the pwople of the society is living together and celebrate festival togather and make social gathering.

All amenitis is good but swiming pool is very old type and not maintained as well as and its quite small compare to others .

Great society. People interaction is pretty good in the society.. Regular painting and cleaning is done. All the facilities like gym,swiming pool and parking sevices is well maintained.
Things need improvement
Metro station and Railway station is far away from the society and it takes half an hour to reach there which is a minus point.

There are big malls and market near by even cafes and restaurants are available near by the society.Society is very neat and and clean as time to time cleaning is done in the society .All the amneities like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc is available even everything is highly maintained and fully functional.safety of the residents is ensured as all the areas are under cctv and each entrance has one gaurd.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is bit poor in the society like lift are no functional and get struck in middle which is matter of safety of resident.Seepage issues are on peak in this society even the pop is coming out of walls.Sync is really bad part of the unit as most of the time water gets stuck which is very annoying.

I booked an apartment and I can assure you that it is one of the best projects ever. The construction of the project is excellent with ceramic tiles. The residential project offers best facilities and connects hotspot areas like malls, national highways, schools and colleges. The price is a bit high but it is worth the investment.

This society is very good to live in as it is very safe all around the society ,school and hospital are in 1km radius and there is tennis court , badminton court and even a super mart inside the society.
Things need improvement
There was seepage in the building sometime back due to on going construction but since it has been completed all these issues have been taken care off.
