Good things here
Everything you need is within 1 km hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport. Plus, the property offers a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, and the construction quality is excellent with no seepage issues. The residents are great, and there's no noise pollution to worry about. Covered parking is also available.

Good things here
The hospital, school, and local market are all within a 2 km radius. Here, we have access to amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym. It's been 10 years since construction, and there have been no issues with seepage. Covered parking is available, and there are no pollution concerns.

There are several shopping malls, education establishments and entertainment facilities nearby and the expressway is just under 1 km along with the metro which makes connectivity easy .

there is a mild lack of garden space but it is expected in a high rise but it does not affect that much as the other amenities are top of the class
