Agarwal Lifestyle society is a recently developed and highly livable community. It's securely gated and guarded, ensuring residents' safety. Conveniently located just 2 km away from the railway station, essential shops are located below the towers, offering easy access to necessary products. Banks and a Big Bazaar are within a 3-4 minute walk from the society, while the Mangalwar Market, where vegetables and other daily necessities can be purchased, is just a 10-minute walk away. The society fosters a friendly and supportive atmosphere among its residents. The well-maintained gardens add to the pleasant environment. While cleanliness is satisfactory, there's a constant 24-hour water supply for flushing. Additionally, auto-rickshaws are readily available just outside the locality, enhancing transportation convenience for residents.
Currently, the society does not have VVMC water supply. Instead, water is supplied through tankers, with the expectation that VVMC will provide water within a year or so. Despite having full tanks, the water supply lasts only 20 to 25 minutes.

The station is conveniently close, roughly about a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, all essential facilities such as schools are within a 2-kilometer radius, while hospitals and medical centers are within a 500-meter range. The infrastructure includes all necessary amenities such as parking, a ground, security, and a gym, all of which receive proper maintenance and care.
However, the connecting highway is quite distant, and the location is somewhat rural. Property rates are notably high, and unfortunately, pets are not permitted. Additionally, the planning seems inadequate, with no metro connectivity and only single parking allotted per flat, alongside high maintenance costs.

This building boasts excellent construction quality, ensuring that your investment is worthwhile. With ample parking space and a spacious playground, it offers great value for money.
I don't see any negative points, but it's worth noting that the distance from Virar station may increase your expenses on cabs and petrol.

The city is situated very close to Mumbai and offers almost identical facilities such as transportation, parks, schools, hospitals, and colleges. Real estate prices are significantly lower compared to Mumbai, making it an ideal option for those who work in Mumbai but cannot afford to live there. With excellent transportation facilities, residents can easily commute to work daily. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are top-notch, rated 10/10. The environment is pleasant, and the locality is suitable for people of all ages, making it a great place to live.
In my opinion, one downside you might encounter, especially during the rainy season, is waterlogging due to the lower location of the area. Heavy rainfall can lead to difficulties navigating flooded streets. Additionally, the popularity of the area due to its affordable real estate prices results in overcrowding on trains and queues for public transport, particularly during peak hours.

The society is nestled in a tranquil and serene area, creating a very positive atmosphere. With lush green surroundings and a strong sense of community, it truly feels like a welcoming environment. Security measures are in place, and the residents are friendly, adding to the overall appeal of the place.
It's disappointing to note the lack of gym facilities, extra parking, and non-functioning security cameras. These are essential amenities and services that should be available to residents for their convenience and safety.

It's a very good society that I have visited. The infrastructure is commendable, with ample parking space available. Water is available 24/7, and there's even a small park for kids to enjoy.
It's a bit distant from the station, and shops are situated quite far away. Additionally, there's a charge for parking, and the maintenance bill tends to be on the higher side.

Living in Camera Infinity in Bangalore is truly wonderful!
It would be really convenient to have more transportation options like buses, autos, and others in the area.

In my opinion, the main drawbacks are noticeable during the rainy season due to the lower location, leading to waterlogging from various areas. Heavy rains might cause difficulties. Additionally, the affordable real estate prices attract a large population, resulting in crowded trains and queues for public transport.

The standout feature is undoubtedly the round-the-clock security provided by dedicated guards on rotating shifts. Additionally, the availability of a swimming pool adds to the appeal of the community.
The downside is the inconsistency in cleanliness around the blocks, as they are not cleaned daily. Another minor inconvenience is the lack of a milk shop within the society, which could be improved. However, apart from these aspects, everything else is satisfactory.
