Good things here
Bought it for reasonable price during 2019. Wide 50/40/30 ft roads. Exit 3 connectivity is excellent feature. Very nearer to Mumbai road and ORR. Located at the most conven place. Living is peaceful we enjoyed stay for about a year. NO ventures are comparable to this as far as price, convenience, quality of construction, wide roads and peaceful living is concerned. You cannot expect a better living like this around this place. This is one of the best ventures by Mahidhara.
Things need improvement
Although due to Carona the project delayed to start, the mgmt stood strong to finish it as per the promises.

Living at Mahidhara Luxuria is a dream come true. I appreciate the well-maintained basketball and badminton courts, as well as the cycling and jogging track. It's a paradise for sports enthusiasts!

The library at Mahidhara Luxuria is a haven. I also appreciate the gated community and the convenience of having a banquet hall and sewage treatment plant. It's a perfect blend of luxury and practicality.

I love the luxurious lifestyle at Mahidhara Luxuria! The gymnasium keeps me fit, and my kids enjoy the children's play area and swimming pool. The sports facilities are fantastic too!
