Good things here

Transportation connectivity is satisfactory. Maintenance quality is also fine, all maintenance related issues are resolved immediately. Water supply and quality is also fine. Amenities like gym, basketball court, lawn tennis court, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. There is a big mandir. Residents are very friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all festivals and occasions together every month. The location of the society is very good.

Construction quality is average as some seepage issues do exist in the society. The quality of walls and infrastructure depends on the owner.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Paintings are done on time in the society. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is also available.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro station is available nearby the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. Water supply and power supply are available for 24*7 in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Amenities are well maintained like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are very good in the society, People are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together.

The flat has a good structure, featuring two washrooms in the One BHK layout – one in the master bedroom and another for guests. The lobby is well-designed, and there is a designated dry area provided for storage purposes.

This place is neat and well-built. The houses are well-constructed, and there are no issues with electricity. The living arrangements are comfortable. Everything you need can be found nearby, and overall, it's a pleasant area where people live peacefully. The transportation connections are also good.

The garbage collectors don't arrive on schedule. The route to the railway station is longer. Additionally, there are people wandering around, and there's a need for better cleanliness.

The location is in Global City, approximately 10-15 minutes from the station. There are government water facilities available, and these have been initiated recently.

Things need improvement

The society lacks membership to Yahoo Park, and the maintenance charges are considered high. Additionally, electricity bills tend to be consistently high. The management is not perceived as efficient, and the available facilities are fewer in comparison to other societies nearby.

Good things here

The society has proper facilities of local transport such as metro, cabs and autos which are available at walking distance. The roads are maintained very efficiently by the authorities. Parking solution are phenomenal, all the residents are given their place for parking and they park at their allotted place only. Electricity and water supply is available 24*7. Garbage collection and disposal is done on time. Neighbours are helpful and very cooperative. Society is pet friendly. Fire exits are available in case of emergencies.

Things need improvement

The equipments of the gym are broken and they are not repaied and maintained by the society authorities. The construction quality of the buidling is very poor as seepage is very common in every building of the area especially in the bathroom and drawing room. Painting and water proofing is not conducted frequently.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of transport options. construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Maintenance quality is fine with timely disposal of garbage. CCTVs are installed. The neighbourhood is very friendly and celebrate all festivals together. Markets and Malls are available close by.

Good things here

I left a few days back. Autos and rickshaws were easily available. The market there is developing. Everything was available in the society. Maintenance was good, and cleanliness was taken care of. The gym, swimming pool, and parks were all good. The residents there were mostly friendly; some were rude, but overall, the society was nice. I wasn't a permanent resident there, and now I have left the society, but overall, it was a good experience.
