Good things here
There were chemist,essentials ,groccery shops available near by the society local transport facilities were available near by the society.All the modern were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym ,kids play area etc.High security system as there was 24/7 security gaurd and cctv available in the society.Bacholers were also allowed in the society and even pets were allowed and there was proper rules for pet owners for hygene purpose.Stray dogs were strictly not allowed inside the campus.
Things need improvement
According to my living experience there as such there was no issues that came accross but big hospitals and schools were not there near by the society.Power back up was avalable for common areas only.

Good things here
The mall and market were right in front, so the connectivity and location of the society were excellent. The committee members of the society were also very good and helpful. There were no power cuts, and cleanliness was maintained. It was an advanced society with touch panel switches. The security was excellent, and overall, everything in the society was very good and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
As a tenant, my experience there was very good, and I didn't face any problems of any kind. Nandan Inspera society is the best society.

Good things here
There are schools and hospitals near by the society.There is chemist pathalogy labs,pre-schools around the society.Construction quality of the society is really great there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Rooms and spacious and isolated.High security system in the society,cctv were there all over the society,biomatrix facilities are also there in the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional.Allocated parking space is there in the society
Things need improvement
As such there are no issues iin the society and eveything is high maintained but the process of issue raising can be systematic and quick.

Good things here
Auto,cabs were easy to approach near by the society even there were local market near by the society.All the mordern amenities were available in the society and everything was well maintained and operational.Society has lots of open space and greenry around the premises which was too peaceful and calm.Security ssytem was good and all the areas were under cctv survilance.
Things need improvement
Build quality was pathetic there was leakage and seepage issue in the society.Bothrooms were leaking always from everywhere.there was drainage issues as well,blockage in pipelines.There was no socializing at all everybody was busy in there own life.

Society ka structure bohot accha hai. proper ventilation hai and sunrise dikhta hai. local transportation vehicles sab nearby hai. malls, restaurants and hospitals pass me hi hai. connectivity bohot acchi hai. main road se pass me hi hai. water supply 24*7 hai. one of the topset society it is. swimming pool properly maintained hai. leakage ya seepage kbhi nhi hua. balcony and visitors parking specious hai. society highway connected hai. log kafi acche hai.
Things need improvement
Gym me space km hai. log kbhi kbhi idhar udhar kachara fek dete hai. lifts kbhi kbhi kharab raheti hai.

Good things here
The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. The society is kept clean. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. Hospitals and schools are also nearby the society. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, The construction quality of the buildings is good. The road quality outside the society is good for which water logging issues does not happen. Traffic issues are not faced. Water supply is always available. No such issues with electricity are faced.
Things need improvement
I have just stayed in the society for 4 to 5 months and I did't find any issues in the society that needs to be rectified. The society is good place for living.

Good things here
Nandan Inspera was one of the best societies, where everything was readily available and well-maintained. The construction quality was excellent, and there were no seepage issues. EuroSchool was conveniently located nearby, and public transport was easily accessible with bus stops nearby. All amenities like swimming pool, club house, and power backup ensured there were no issues even during power cuts.
Things need improvement
In my experience, there was no need for any improvements as everything was already very good and perfect there.

Auto,cabs are easily available in the society.Full power back up facilities has been provided in the society.All the modern amenities are present in the society and everything is fully functional .Crowd of the people is of good gentry and friendly.

My living experience in that society was great and i dont have any kind of discomfort in the society though mentainence system of the society can little bit more enhance.

Good things here
Build quality is really good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Rooms were spacious and well designed and units are attached with spacious balcony.There are 2 kids play area,club house,gym.garden,Club house etc are available in the society.eveything is fully functional and well maintained.Allocated parking is there owners and visitors in this society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society and socialism is good in the society.Full power back up has been provided in the society.Managing commitee is prompt to resolve issues that comes accross.Lifts are highly maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Outer roads of the society are under construction since many years so the road has become too much congested and during weekends traffic issues are there in the society.

Good things here
The market was close by, and transportation was available. There were no problems with seepage, leakage, or plaster falling. Maintenance was handled well; there weren't significant issues, just minor ones that were manageable. The residents in the society were good, and there were many social gatherings.
Things need improvement
Parking allocation was not proper, and the swimming pool was not functioning well.

Good things here
This society is perfect place to stay as transporation facilities are easy to approach near by the society.Even if the building has become old but there no issues as such regarding the construction in the society.All the basic amenities were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area in the society.Society was safe,secure and neat and clean.
Things need improvement
Power back up was available in the society but only for the common areas like lifts and ommon lights.Maintenance facilities can be improve in the society regarding the amneities.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Drainage system is good. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Spacious balcony is available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking is available. Drainage system is good. Noise pollution is not faced that much. Paintings are done on time.
Things need improvement
Power backup is exclusively available for common areas in the society. Unfortunately, the community lacks a library and spa. Additionally, residents find the maintenance charges to be high.

Build quality was great as there was no leakage and seepage issues in any of the apartment.All the modern amenities were available in the society and tenants were allowed to use them without paying extra charges in the society.Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors.24/7 water and electricity supply is available.
Things need improvement
Public transport facilities were not available at that period of time like railway station is 10km away from the society,metro line was not available at that time only the bus services were available which was bounded by particular period of time.

There are many high rated hospitals and international schools around the society.Full power back up facilities are provided.Society.maintainence facilities are just excellent ,cleaniness is always on priority and water tankers are cleaned time to time.All the modern amenities are available in the society.Build quality is good as it is 14 yrs old apartment yet there is no construction issues regarding anything.Allocated space for parking is available for owners and visitors.Rooms are spacious attached with 2 balcony.Bacholers are also allowed and high security system has been provided in the society.
Things need improvement
Railway station is too far away from the society but bus services are available within 2km.yet there is no metro line coming across till now.

Good things here
Society was connected to the main road every local transport was easily accessible. restaurant, schools were nearby. never had any power cut problem. people were friendly and cooperative. there was power backup for common areas and flats also. gym and garden were properly maintained. landlord was very cooperative. no pollution. flats were very specious.
Things need improvement
Since it was on top floor, a lot of seepage issue I had face in my flat. shopping malls were not nearby. there was always traffic jam issue on the main road.

Auto and cabs are easily available near by the society.Quality of the construction is good in the society there is no seepage issues in the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and eveything is fully functional in the society.Society has high security system in the society and very much comfortable for senior citizen.
Things need improvement
Solar panel and generators are there in the society but there connection has been given to common areas only.There are some charges to use amenities in the society.

Good things here
All amenities such as kids' play area, sitting areas for elders, elder gym, swimming pool, club house, and walking areas are available. Public transport, schools, hospitals, and markets are easily accessible. Maintenance services are provided on time, and the managing committee is very active, ensuring no delays in services. Even though there are power cuts in the area, our society has power backup, so there are no issues. There is no problem with seepage, and parking is adequate with ample visitor parking space and allotted parking for residents, which is also spacious and well-managed.
Things need improvement
The playground for children should be larger because the current one is a bit small. The roads within the society and the surrounding roads could be constructed better. Otherwise, the society is the best.

Good things here
The society is really great. It's easy to get around with public transportation and the roads are well-built and looked after. There are lots of nice things to do like going to the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or park, and they're all kept in good condition. The buildings in Nandan Inspera society are made with top-quality materials, so they're strong and last a long time. There haven't been any problems with leaks or water getting in, which shows how careful they were when building it. Because everything is taken care of so well, people living there are really happy and comfortable. It's a perfect place to live.
Things need improvement
There is no need for any improvements in Nandan Inspera society; everything here is the best. I am very satisfied with the society.

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. Maintainance of the society is all good, society is kept clean. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society, all are well maintained.
Things need improvement
I don't have any problems or complaints with my society. The society is very well-maintained, and there is no need for any further improvement here.

There were schools ,hospitals,essentials and groccery shops near by the society.Build quality was really good there was no leakage and seepage issues even rooms were spacious attached with balcony.Allocated parking was available for owners.There was no pollution around the soicety,society was neat,clean and well maintained.24/7 water and electricity supply was available in the society.Crowd of the people was really good and there was no discrimintation between owners and tenants.

As far as i lived there swimming pool was not available in the society and other than this there was no issues in the apartment.Visitors parking was also not available to some extent.
