Neeladri Paradise has a good construction quality and the interiors and maintenance is on par with other top builders. The apartments are also located in a prime area and close to the IT offices.

I bought a two-bedroom apartment, and it has been a very rewarding experience. The construction quality is exceptional, and the facilities are on par with any "A" grade project. Furthermore, Mr. Manjunath, the proprietor, is extremely friendly and helpful. He connects with a personal touch and investigates every detail of our request. After years of house hunting, I must say that this acquisition has exceeded my expectations and is well worth the money. Another draw is the location, which is between the outer ring road and ITPL/Whitefield and has strong rental potential. I would strongly recommend it to anyone seeking for a flat in this neighbourhood.

The apartments here are spacious and the terrace is too good. The view from the terrace is worth your time. Every flat also has a 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking. Overall, it is a nice play to stay comfortably with your family.

Neeladri Paradise is located close to the outer ring road and the Phoenix mall. It is also close to the tech park and there are lot of parks for morning walks. The water supply is good and the amenities like swimming pool and play area are provided.

We are living here for past few months and we love that the apartments are close to malls, offices, schools and supermarkets. There is power backup and nice kids play area and the other amenities are good too.
