Good things here
My community is incredibly convenient. Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are readily available just outside the society. We're lucky to have nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, making it easy to access everything we need. One of the best things about living here is the well-maintained infrastructure. Parking spaces are allocated to all residents, and the maintenance team ensures cleanliness and hygiene throughout the society. CCTV cameras are installed for security purposes, and they function effectively. The lifts operate smoothly, and we enjoy uninterrupted water and electricity supply round the clock. Moreover, our community is vibrant and lively, with various events and festivals celebrated throughout the year.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, we don't have a nearby metro station, making commuting less convenient. Additionally, amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park are unavailable, limiting recreational opportunities. One significant issue we face is seepage and leakage problems in the flats, which can be quite bothersome. Moreover, the construction quality of the buildings is not up to standard, leading to various structural issues.

The society is well-maintained and offers numerous advantages. There are plenty of positive aspects to appreciate. People in the society benefit from convenient transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to reach essential services and nearby facilities. The water supply and electricity services are also in good condition, providing reliability to the residents. The construction quality is excellent ensuring there are no issues like leaks or seepage in the buildings. The presence of a spacious park enhances the attractiveness of the society providing a pleasant area for children to play and fostering a strong sense of community among residents. Furthermore the society's advantageous location allows easy access to nearby markets, schools, and hospitals, adding to its appeal as a residential area.
Things need improvement
People should start communicating with their neighbors in the society and try to be cooperative. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were not available.

Good things here
Society ka connectivity accha hai. Maintenance achi hai, power aur paani ki supply sahi hai. Construction bahut solid aur strong hai, humein koi seepage issue nahi aya. Society mein parks bhi hain. Society ke bahar tiles lage hain, isliye zyada painting ki zarurat nahi hai. Lifts society mein hain aur woh properly maintained hain. Society ke log cooperative aur friendly hain. 24/7 electricity hai. Markets asani se accessible hain.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse kuch nahi hai sociey mein. Sports facilities like gym , badminton court, basketball area yeh sab add-onns hota tha toh aur better hota, aisi koi facilities nahi hain. It should have been much better if these amenities should have been there.

The construction is solid, without seepage or cracks, and offers good ventilation and sunlight. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, or park available, which may be disappointing for residents looking for recreational facilities. Seepage is also there in rainy season in the society.

The society has good connectivity with auto, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and no traffic issues. Maintenance is good with clean surroundings, regular garbage collection, and no high fees. The construction is decent with good ventilation and sunlight. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet with good interaction.
Things need improvement
Issues are not solved on time. There are no amenities like a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, or clubs. The buildings are average its not a hitech society , its a simple society as compare to the modern one as it was built long ago .

Good things here
I have very nice and friendly neighbors in this society. Transport is easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Schools, hospitals, and markets are also nearby and there are no seepage or termite issues.
Things need improvement
The thing which disappoints me is that there are no amenities in the society as nowadays every societies have basic amenities like gym and clubhouse but here nothing is available.

Transportation connectivity near the society is fine, with the society gate on the main road itself. Water supply is provided, People are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is not satisfactory, with no regular cleaning. Construction quality is average, with seepage and termite issues. Repairing needs to be done every two years. Additionally, amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available, and there is no open space for kids to play.

There is enough connectivity in terms of public transportation and markets nearby. People have access to nearby markets for their basic needs . Maintenace of the society is very well taken care of as well as the people of the society look after everyone else in terms of harmony
Things need improvement
The society doesnt have a swimming pool which comes under the basic amenity, if there is a construction of new pool everything else is likeable about the society

Good things here
Autos are available outside the society, the roads are good, cabs come easily, parking is good, the lift is functional, the paint is well-maintained, ventilation is good, there is CCTV and security, and the people are cooperative.
Things need improvement
There is no garbage segregation, no clubhouse or gym, the lift frequently malfunctions and requires a lot of maintenance, and there was only one lift in the building.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Roads are wide and spacious. Maintenance services are also satisfactory with regular cleaning and garbage collection.

The building construction is average as there are few repair and fixtures required. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society
