Good things here
The basic amenities of the Society is available, there is a park and greenery too and this makes the Society look very beautiful and it is also very well maintained.
Things need improvement
According to the maintenance charges, the maintenance services are not very good, so there should be some improvement in the maintenance services.

Good things here
Metro is just nearby. No issues with traffic. Quality of club house is good. Open space is there for children to play. People do celebrate everything together. Market is nearby.
Things need improvement
Mantainance is the major issue, POC's dont pick up the call for issues. Security systems are not there. Elevators are majority time not functional in the morning when i go to to office. THere is issue of seepage in society.

Good facilities of amenities here, connectivity easily available even bus stand is nearby, neighbors are decent.

The society is free from the pollution. Hospitals are in proximity to the society. People are very friendly.

The architecture of the society was outstanding and the connectivity of the society is good too.

Good things here
The folks in the society are really nice and cooperative. The clubhouse and amenities are not only available but also well-maintained, and the connectivity is top-notch.
Things need improvement
As the society has aged, when something breaks, it takes quite a while to get it fixed. Immediate repairs for any damages aren't really possible.

Only there was good connectivity like public transport nd market avialable nearby, and the people there were nice
Things need improvement
If the bike was parked in the society, petrol used to be stolen from it. There was no security at all and the construction quality was very poor. The balcony used to fall many times. The amenities were available but it was not allowed to be used for tenants.

There was a lot of safety for children and women. The people of the society were very nice, cooperative and helpful.
Things need improvement
School, hospital and market were not available nearby the society, everything was available at a distance of 3 km, so there was little problem for that and the swimming pool was very small and not well maintained.

The material used for the construction of the committee was of very good quality, hence there was no issue of seepage and the maintenance was also very good, the lifts, etc. were working very well.

The area outside the society was quite unsafe, murders and thefts also took place there, so that area was quite unsafe.

Good things here
Although recent painting works have been satisfactory with no reported leakage except for slight seepage in bathrooms, amenities are notably better for A and B blocks compared to the difficulties faced by residents of C block.
Things need improvement
The recent change in management has led to various issues including inadequate maintenance, subpar security measures, and inefficient electricity backup.The new management's perceived ineffectiveness has exacerbated problems, particularly evident in security concerns and malfunctioning lifts in the C block tower.

Good things here
Auto rickshaw cabs were easy to find nearby, making it simple for people to get around. The Gardenia Glory society had lots of cool stuff like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden for everyone to enjoy.
Things need improvement
There wasn't a metro station close by, so residents had to go all the way to the Botanical Garden to catch the metro, which was a hassle. the buildings weren't built very well and had a lot of problems with water leaking issues. the maintenance is was not good because though there was a swimming pool, it didn't work properly not very well maintained.

The construction quality of the society is absolutely poor, it is very bad, there is a lot of issue of seepage all the time and the maintenance is also not good, no one listens and sometimes the water goes out, sometimes the light goes out, all this stuff is too much.
