The location of the society is outstanding, situated near the main road, granting residents easy access to amenities within 2 km. Road quality is good, although parking space is limited. Daily floor cleaning and garbage collection are conducted, and lift maintenance is efficient. Good ventilation and air circulation are observed in the balconies. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, indoor games, table tennis, and basketball court are available. Surrounding residents are amicable and celebrate various festivals together, including Dusshera, Holi, Christmas, New Year, and Diwali.
Occasional water supply problems arise in the society, causing inconvenience to residents. Despite efforts, intermittent disruptions affect daily activities, prompting the need for a lasting solution.

This villa community is situated in a prime location with excellent connectivity to nearby amenities such as schools, hospitals, and supermarkets, all within a 1km radius. Residents enjoy a good individuality and a serene environment with peace and calm. The community association is proactive in addressing residents' concerns, ensuring prompt resolution of issues like water leakages. Daily garbage collection services are provided for each villa, maintaining cleanliness throughout the society. The management also organizes engaging events during festivals. Moreover, the society has well-maintained amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, garden area, walking and cycling tracks, and ample individual parking spaces.
There are some minor water leakage issues due to the aging of villas and there are no visitor parking facilities inside the society. There is no metro connectivity to this area.
