Good things here

This society is excellent, with a clean and pleasant ambiance. There's round-the-clock security, creating a safe environment. It has a family-friendly atmosphere and a well-maintained clubhouse offering indoor games, a swimming pool, and a library. Children can enjoy the park, and there's ample personal parking space available. Additionally, the roads are well maintained, enhancing the overall experience.

The construction is impressive, complemented by well-maintained greenery throughout. Having their own shop as well as a Big Bazaar franchise for shopping is convenient for residents. The club facilities are top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and helpful instructors available during working hours. The premises are kept neat and tidy, and the parking facility is ample and well-managed.

Local transport is not readily available, making it difficult to commute from here using public transportation. There is a need to strengthen security checks to prevent unauthorized access, as anyone can claim a room number and gain entry. Additionally, periodic maintenance of all common electronic commodities should be conducted to ensure proper functioning.

Good things here

My experience of living here for more than four years has been very positive. The club house is well-maintained, and there is plenty of open space, perfect for cycling in the mornings. The flats receive ample sunlight, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere.

Some areas for improvement include better cleaning of basements to address cobwebs and ensure a more hygienic environment. Periodic checks on the towers in the basement and improved maintenance can prevent issues like rainwater accumulation, which can hinder movement. Additionally, having an in-house restaurant could enhance convenience for residents. Despite these concerns, the society generally maintains ample open spaces, including a beautiful Lake Garden for morning walks, well-lit areas, and airy corridors. Addressing seepage issues in the basement would further improve the overall quality of the infrastructure.

Additionally, the location is convenient, with proximity to tech parks and business areas, and there are no traffic problems nearby. One of the standout features is the abundance of greenery and natural habitat, which was thoughtfully incorporated into the construction. Moreover, the availability of excellent power backup ensures uninterrupted living. Overall, it's one of the best societies to reside in.

The society boasts a fantastic and well-maintained clubhouse, along with spacious playgrounds for children. Having a medical shop within the premises adds to the convenience. Multiple parks and lush greenery create a pleasant environment. Additionally, there's reliable power backup and easy access to cab services. The internal roads are spacious and regularly maintained by the Society RWA. Being situated behind a lake provides refreshing winds, ensuring rooms are neither too hot nor too cool compared to the outside temperature (excluding the top floor). Overall, it sounds like a wonderful place to live.

Things need improvement

While the club house offers sports areas, some are outdated and in need of maintenance. The spacious playground is marred by the presence of dogs and snakes during the rainy season, which can be concerning. Although there's a medical shop within the premises, it charges at MRP, which might not be convenient for residents. While there's a good power backup system, it takes a couple of minutes to activate. Additionally, public transportation options are limited to cabs only. The internal roads, though spacious and regularly maintained by the Society RWA, have bumps that are not bike-friendly.

The location of this society offers a significant advantage, given its size. Within a 3km radius, you have access to malls, restaurants, hospitals, and for many, even their offices are within 5km. Despite being centrally located, it's nestled in a quiet area off Harlur Road, sparing residents from the dust and noise pollution often associated with such locations. Moreover, most schools are within a 30 to 35-minute bus ride, making it very convenient for families with children. Overall, highly recommended!

That should be enough to convince you that the industry is good enough. In this neighbourhood, I've reserved a three-bedroom apartment and will be moving in soon. Great location advantage, especially given the size of this society. You're close to everything within a 3km radius - malls, restaurants, hospitals and for a lot of folks, even offices would typically be within 5km. However, it's nestled in a nook off Harlur Road, so you're spared of all the dust and noise pollution.

There is no traffic problem in the nearby area , location near tech parks and business park. I'm living in 2 BHK on the 12th floor. The best thing is the greenery and they natural habitation which is kept in mind while construction, Excellent power back option available.

The society has well maintained lawns, gardens, and a swimming pool. There is a lot of empty space which promotes ample amount of air flow and sunlight. The construction quality is also good. Construction is done by L&T. It has all the amenities including pool, swimming pool, movie hall, party hall, advanced gym, swash court, badminton, basketball.
