This is a gated community with excellent amenities and construction quality that surpasses the price you pay for it. The residents are friendly, and there's even a convenience store within the complex. The waterfront is a standout feature, making the project unique. Overall, it's a great society considering the balance of cost and quality. It's a pleasant place to live and enjoy life, complete with a football court for kids.
Since the society is still under construction, many things are unfinished. The club facilities are not yet complete, so it will take some time before residents can use them. Another challenge is the presence of a 24-meter service road that divides the project.

The construction quality of the society is excellent, and the amenities provided by the developers make it a worthwhile purchase. It is considered one of the best and luxurious options available.
Many flats are still unsold, and if you like a lively atmosphere, this might not be the best fit. Also, because of fewer residents, the maintenance costs are higher.

The construction quality is excellent, with the added bonus of a jogging track on the 14th floor. Its central location on the Thane Bhiwandi Bypass makes commuting easy. There's ample parking space, and the surroundings offer plenty of room for walks. The management is top-notch, ensuring timely maintenance of lifts and other amenities. Festive decorations are splendid. While the flats may be a bit costly, the overall experience is considered great and worth the investment.
The proximity to the Thane Bhiwandi Bypass and ongoing construction work contributes to nearby dust. Heavy traffic is observed during peak hours, leading to noise from vehicles. Additionally, the presence of two MM RDA buildings being used as Covid Special Centers poses some associated risks.

The flats are of good quality, and there's plenty of space for outdoor activities. The environment is clean and green, with all the necessary amenities. It offers easy connectivity to Kalyan, Bhiwandi, and Thane. There's ample space for a ground, club activities, and parking.
There is no metro connectivity in the area, and it will take some time to develop as ongoing development is still in progress. Public transport options are limited to buses for now. The nearest train station is Kalyan, which takes approximately 15 minutes to reach.

Tata Mantra is strategically located at the heart of Bhiwandi, providing close connections to the Nashik highway, Kalyan road, and Thane route through the four-way route. This central position allows easy access to various destinations. Public transport is readily available around the clock, making commuting convenient. The locality is peaceful, offering a daily picturesque view of the India mountain during sunrise. The complex itself provides excellent facilities, including a modern gym, infinity swimming pool, multipurpose hall, spacious parking, Club Mantra clubhouse, and a gaming area.
As Bhiwandi is undergoing development, some roads to Kalyan are under construction, which can occasionally cause traffic issues. Additionally, being situated in a low-lying area, waterlogging may occur during heavy rains.
