I have no issues at all with this society. The connectivity is excellent; it's easy to book cabs and the metro station is nearby. Maintenance is also great, as the lifts, cleaning, and garbage collection are all handled well. The construction quality is solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks. There is plenty of natural sunlight and good ventilation. The amenities are very nice, with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and park. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming.
There are no issues to report. Everything is great in this society and I have no complaints at all with Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities and Neighbourhood

There is no traffic jam near the society. Public transport is easily available. There is no leakage or seepage in my flat. The society has all modern amenities. The residents are decent. Water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is maintained. Festivals are celebrated. The roads outside the society are well-maintained.
The society is 10 years old, so there are some construction-related issues, such as slight leakage and seepage in the basement parking. The metro station is 1. 5 km away from the society.

The construction quality is good, and there are no pending issues, which is very convenient. There is a good open area in the society, making it very convenient. Public transportation, like buses, is available within walking distance from the society, which is very convenient. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.
The construction quality is not good, but sometimes there are leakage issues, which the association rectifies immediately. There is no metro nearby the society. There is no greenery outside the society. Additionally, there is no visitors' parking in the society.

We have abundant greenery in our society surroundings. Connectivity-wise, within 1km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. Street lights are functional, with ample parking space available. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, regular cleaning and garbage collection are ensured, and lift maintenance is good. There are reliable water and power supplies, and construction-wise, there are no issues with wall leakages. The surrounding people are helpful and maintain good communication with each other.
The road condition within their society is poor, posing challenges to residents and visitors alike due to its deteriorated state and potential safety concerns.

There is a traffic issue in the society from 9 AM, causing congestion and delays. The peak hour traffic makes commuting and movement within the area challenging during this time.

Good connectivity with no issues in getting autos, cabs, and public transport. Electricity and garbage collection are reliable with good water supply. Ventilation is excellent, and there are no maintenance issues. People are very friendly, and all amenities like gym, park, and garden are available.
There are too many monkeys in the neighborhood, and as a bachelor, amenities like the swimming pool and clubs are not accessible since they are primarily for families. Festivals are also mostly celebrated by families, which limits community engagement for singles.
