I moved here when the locality was mostly work in progress. Last 4 - 5 years have been quite eventful with lot of economic acitivity happening in the locality. The society, although far from airport and railway station has everything one would ever need. There are several IT companies and Business parks within 5 kms. Couple of good schools within 2 kms. The markets, malls and hospitals are also in close vicinity. The society has well equipped shop for daily needs. The roads are well lit (previously there were no street lights, was not safe after sunset) and police patrolling is also there. The society has decent clubhouse, tennis court and lot of green space for morning walks and taking your pet for stroll. The maintenance staff is friendly and act quickly when contacted. The parking space are sufficient. I have 2 cars never faced any issue in parking. Visitor parking which is separate is also accessible
The frequent power cuts and seepage is issue the maintenance should look into. Although there is 100% powerback, it takes time if the MCB fails. Another thing is the clealiness in common area, the granite flooring in the lobby area should be cleaned. Wet floor warning dummies should be given to maintenance staff. The connectivity has improved but cabs take forever to reach.

The high level of security and safety within our properly gated society. The lush greenery and abundance of garden spaces create a serene and peaceful environment that I find truly enjoyable. The well-maintained club, spacious playground, and numerous parks further enhance the beauty of this place. Additionally, the convenient location connecting to Golf Course Extension Road makes daily commuting a breeze. With the advanced gym facility and excellent power backup, the overall living experience is truly enhanced.
While there are many positives to living here, it's important to note a few drawbacks as well. The maintenance costs are slightly on the higher side, which may be a concern for some residents, and the gas pipeline charges add to the expenses. Limited visitor parking can sometimes be an issue, despite ample resident parking spaces

I love the well-maintained greenery and peaceful environment that this society offers. It's fantastic to have all the necessary amenities like schools, hospitals, markets, and restaurants within easy reach. The presence of dedicated parking facilities, a swimming pool, and a kids' playing zone adds to the convenience and comfort of living here. It truly feels like a wonderful place to call home!
The abundance of speed breakers in the vicinity poses a significant inconvenience, disrupting the smooth flow of traffic. To enhance the overall commuting experience in the area, it would be beneficial to consider reducing or removing these speed breakers.

I lived here for 2 years in Tower 7. The view from the balcony was nothing less of refreshing. No unwanted interruption and poking from neighbours. People were quite friendly. Frestivals were celebrated with great zeal. The amenities were functional and well maintained. I loved the open space during morning and late night walks. The jogging tracks were well paved. The amphitheater, tennis court, the well maintained trees were soemthing I liked. The apartment were quite spacious, I think 2400 sq. ft with 4-5 balconies. The ventilation was good and sun-light in master bedroom and living room during winters was pleasant experience. The shop inside the society had everything for daily needs
You might find daily commute heavy if your office is towards Delhi. The maintenance charges were quite high. The owner imposed 15% year on year increment in semi-furnished apartment. The swimming pool was very small and not functional most of the time. The guards didn't know how to talk to the visitors and seemed rude at times. The apartment has seepage and termite issues.

Nirvana Close South is located close to BESTEC business park and other commerical centres. Daily needs like petrol pump, malls, restaurants and some fine hotels are also close. The schools, hospitals and malls are within manageable distance. The clubhouse and other amenities are well maintained. The 24X7 security, water supply and CCTV survellance are good from safety point of view. There are some 6 - 7 large parks where you can see people doing yoga and other group acitvities in the morning. The common areas are well lit and clealiness is decent. Enough parking space for residents and visitors. There are basetball courts, tennis court and kids play areas here.
The seepage is visible in bathroom and kitchen area. The rent excluding maintenance charges are higher compare to nearby society. The amenities are not accessible to tenants. The tower paints have decolored and need constant maintenance. The door locks are rusty. Powerback charges are quite high.

Being situated inside Nirvana Country is ideal, as it provides easy access to Golf Course Extension Road and various amenities. Moreover, the well-maintained club, advanced gym facility, and numerous parks offer ample recreational opportunities for everyone.
While there are a few minor drawbacks to consider, such as slightly high maintenance costs and expensive gas pipeline charges, the positives of living in this community far outweigh any negatives. Although the nearest metro station may be quite far, the availability of cabs makes transportation convenient. Limited visitor parking can be a challenge at times, but the abundance of resident parking spaces compensates for this issue. Overall, the benefits of residing in this community make it a highly desirable place to live.

Apartments are spacious and well ventilated. There is piped gas connection in kitchen and the quality of fittings is also decent. The main balcony is spacious and can easily accommodate a recliner and few plants. The lifts are fast and spacious. The lobby is good with granite flooring and waiting area. Guard is present on the entry gate of the tower to ensure safety. The greenary near the tower is good, gives a pleasant feel. The parks, children play area and clubhouse are nice and accessible all the time. The trees and greenary is nice here. The gym is functional with required equipments. The security is good with 4 guards present at the entry/exit facade. The common areas as well covered via cctv. The garabage disposal has improved significantly. The roads neaby are quite wide. Working class people have good manners and they do obey society rules and regulations.
The maintenance meeting should also include the areas that need to be upgraded. The entry fa�ade should be rennovated and better security management should be there. The gardens should be regularly groomed during rains. There is no public transport like metro station and the extn road have too many rough patches. The traffic and surrounding pollution due to parali burning and construction impacts health.

The society is safe for children and women. There are shopping complex inside the society for daily needs. Schools and hospitals are also nearby. The famous CK Birla and Cloud nine hospitals are just 5 - 10 mins from here. The shopping complexes and some good restraurants are also there. Medical shops like apolla pharmacy is also nearby. People here are nice and well mannered and belong to educated families. Festivals like Diwali, new year, Ram Navmi etc. are celebrated with participation from everyone. There are exhibitions organized like textiles, crockaries, art etc. for residents. The good thing about this society is that people respect their neighbours and ensure the safety is never compromised by keeping vigelince.
The buldings are well maitained but problems like seepage and water leakages have become common especially during rains. The maintenance charges are quite high. The underground parking space is not well maintained with some lights not working. Stray dogs are also seen couple of times. The pet owners should take staff lift cases of dog bites hve been reported.

Unitech projects are also superior and long lasting. I have been dealing here since last 10 years in this locality. This is one of the finest apartment in terms of open space and road connectivity. The amenities are also good. There are many corporate offices within 2-3 kms. Mostly people like the open space and spacious, well ventilated apartments and class residents in the society. The Society has seen good appreciation in last 1 year alone with almost 30-40% jump in rentals and some 25% in Resale. Mostly working and business class people reside here. Housing.com has given me good leads. Thank you
The connecitvity with the city is only negative point here. Else all good.
