Good things here
This place is calm, quiet, and has lots of space. People living here enjoy a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere due to the open areas, making the community relaxed.
Things need improvement
Her office is located at a considerable distance in this society. The extended distance may pose challenges for daily commuting and could be a factor for consideration.

Good things here
When I vacated the society around 1 year ago, it boasted excellent connectivity with multiple bus stops within a kilometer, easy access to medical stores like Apollo, grocery stores, and several hospitals within a 2 to 3 km radius. Additionally, the amenities included a basketball court, clubhouse, gym, pool, and a dedicated team to organize festivals and events.
Things need improvement
The only drawback of this society is that during the rainy season, the lake near it overflows, causing inconvenience for residents as water enters the community.

Within a convenient 3km radius, essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, petrol stations, and grocery stores are readily available. Transportation facilities are reliable, and security is top-notch with comprehensive CCTV coverage. Furthermore, residents experience no issues with water, electricity, or parking, and the overall maintenance of the infrastructure is impeccable. High construction standards are evident, with no cracks in walls or flooring problems. The range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, green spaces, open areas, and a function hall, adds to the appeal of this well-maintained society.
Things need improvement
The primary issue facing all residents here pertains to the approach roads, which are in poor condition and riddled with potholes, causing inconvenience for everyone traveling.
