Good things here
The metro/Public transport is nearby and easily available from the society. There is all facilities available like play area, club house and swimming pool in the society. The maintenance is good in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no issue in the society. Everything is available in the society. There is no harm from the street animals in the society. Society is safe at night.

Good things here
Highway is just near to the society e- rickshaw and auto easily available and accessible at society gate and ola uber easily available with no waiting time. Nature clean agency working in this society for garbage collection and disposal so cleanliness upto the mark they take care everything routinely. Maintenance team is proactive all the issues resolve rightaway anyone can raise issues at any time as maintenance team available 24*7. Proper ventilation and ample sunlight in each flat of the society as it was taken care during plan. All the amenieties available like Gym, swimingpool,clubhouse and well maintained and functional. Enough parking space most of the flats have 2-3 parking space. Residents are friendly and regular event celebrations in the society as holi is coming we already plan holi celebrations
Things need improvement
Minor issues with seepage , No planned fireproof society, Metro is bit far from the society

The connectivity to the society is very good as the nearest metro station is 15 to 20 min and is connected to very good hospitals and schools and even the market is very close

The construction quality is not that good as seepage can be seen on the parking area

Public transport easy to catch. facilitis like swiming pool, parking area , play ground , club house all are there .
Things need improvement
Sometimes there are some water logging issue. for catching metro you have to go 5 km away from the society. for railway you have to go 45 min via pub lic transport.

Good things here
Proper backup for power or electricity is there so whenever the lights are out, it is very well taken care of. When it comes to the connectivity, although metro is not nearby but there is enough cabs and auto which takes the residents to metro station in sharing or personal basis. There is proper maintennace and frequent checks for Lift. Events are celebrated with great zeal in teh society
Things need improvement
This society is very well connected with basic amenities and things are present for decent standard of living. There is nothign to be improved as such about the society.

Good things here
Connectivity in the society is excellent, with easy access to the Metro and other areas like Noida. Auto cabs are readily available. Maintenance is top-notch, with daily cleaning and garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. The build quality is excellent, with no concerns about leakage. The society offers amenities such as a gym, park, and clubhouse, and cultural events are celebrated regularly. The residents are cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, waterlogging has been a concern in the society, leading to potential damage to vehicles. However, the managing committee has assured residents that the issue has been addressed and should not occur in the future.

Connectivity-wise, the society adequately caters to our day-to-day needs, school, hospitals are nearby. no problem for public transport. they ahve proper security stuf to check the every entry.its the best society in Indrapuram.all amenties wer well mainatned and inproper order.

no dislike. one of the best society of Indrapuram. no dislike from my side. i was to satisfied when i resided there.
