Good things here
There were no issues with leakage or seepage as the construction quality was good. The society had all modern amenities. The residents were cooperative. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was maintained. There were no issues with power cuts, and parking was sufficiently allocated for everyone.
Things need improvement
Autos and buses were sometimes available easily near the society, but at other times, there was a long wait. The area where the society is located does not have a metro station.

Good things here
As a resident of this society, I can share my experience and the facilities available here. Each resident has designated parking, which is great for maintaining order. The connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads are in good condition, making commutes smooth. Regular garbage collection is done with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, which helps keep the area clean. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and we have 24/7 electricity and water supply, which is quite reliable. The construction quality is excellent�there are no seepage or termite issues, and the apartments have proper ventilation with good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, providing good recreational options. The neighbours are friendly and cooperative, creating a warm community atmosphere. They are also very careful with their pets and ensure they don�t cause any trouble. For safety, we have CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards. Overall, living here has been a pleasant experience
Things need improvement
One of the main drawbacks of living here is that schools, hospitals, and markets are not nearby. We have to take a boat and cross Madh Island to reach the mainland, which can be quite inconvenient. Sometimes, there are issues with the elevators, and they aren't always operational when needed. Additionally, some amenities are occasionally not functional, which can be frustrating.

Being a resident here, I can confidently say that everything about this place is excellent. The connectivity is superb, making commuting hassle-free. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring cleanliness and functionality are always maintained. The construction quality is impressive, with no issues like seepage or leakage. We have all the amenities one could ask for, including proper CCTV surveillance, vigilant security guards, and ample parking space. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, adding to the overall comfort and satisfaction of living here. It's a complete package with everything a resident needs for a great living experience.

Everything seems fine overall, there are some issues that need attention. The connectivity is good, but there are occasional disruptions that can be inconvenient. Maintenance is generally good, but there are times when cleanliness could be improved. Construction quality is decent, but there have been occasional minor issues like seepage. While the amenities are adequate, the maintenance of some facilities like the gym and clubhouse could be better. Security measures are in place, but there have been instances of minor security concerns.

Good things here
I like that each resident has designated parking and the rules are followed. Garbage collection is regular. The electricity and water supply are reliable. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The elevators are installed and maintained. There are CCTV cameras and a security guard available for added safety.
Things need improvement
However, there are many improvements from side like, there are some issues with getting cabs and the market is quite far away. There are minor construction issues including leakage problems from the walls and rainwater coming in through windows during the rainy season. The finishing in some areas is not good. There are also pet issues and bad behavior from some neighbors. Also people do not always follow rules especially in the swimming pool.

While the society boasts many strengths, there are areas for improvement. Despite its overall high ratings, amenities could be enhanced as the clubhouse and jacuzzi have been non-functional for the past two years. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the quality of life for residents and further elevate the community's appeal.

Good things here
Maintainence is good in the society with working lifts and elevators and timely cleaning . Neighbors are friendly and decent. Timely garbage collection. No leakage or seepage in the houses.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is very poor in the society because cabs does not come in the society and the residents face problems in travelling to long dinstance like going to airport.

Auto cabs are readily available near these societies. The campus is beautiful, and residents are cooperative and helpful. Drainage is not a concern, and security systems, including biometric facilities and CCTV coverage, enhance residential life. Garbage collection is timely, ensuring cleanliness. Allocated parking is provided for both owners and visitors. The spacious campus improves livability and provides open space. Build quality is excellent as leakage and seepage isssues are not there in the society.
Things need improvement
There are limited schools and hospitals in the vicinity of the society. Cabs and taxis are not readily available, requiring some time to find through Ola or Uber. The state of cleanliness in the area is a concern, and there have been instances of residents being attacked by dogs, causing fear among the community. The surrounding area is dirty and unkempt. Amenities come at a charge for owners, tenants, and all residents. Trainers are not readily available, and there's a need to permit them. The clubhouse and gym are small and inadequately equipped compared to the resident population. The main gate is unclear, and no festivals are celebrated within the society. Additionally, there is a lack of a large playground for children�to�play�in.
