Each room has a bathroom with modern fixtures. Also, the location is great where the top companies are located. It is close to offices, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals.

It is the perfect residential project with modern amenities and I liked the location. Developer has given excellent amenities, right from badminton court, facility to play indoor games, community buildings, cafeteria, banquet hall, electrical meter room, sub-station, receiving station, fire protection, fire safety equipment, and others. Everything is top class here. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network. I loved the interior of rooms offered. They are spacious and have modern high quality fixtures to check upon. Overall, i found this project worth to look upon and investing for long-term purpose.

It has everything what i was looking for to reside. Overall locality is safe neighborhood but water logging problem is there during heavy rainfall. The construction is strong. Also the interior fixtures are great. There is a spacious car parking for two cars. All work related to solid waste management and its disposal, treatment and disposal of sewage and sullage water, sewerage chamber, lines, septic tank are available. Maintenance is also decent while good amenity list of power backup, Intercom and others are worth. I found this project worth for the investment.

I bought the flat at this project, and I must say it is the best project and is quite in the interior part of the main city. Modern amenities attracted my attention; moreover, it is close to my workplace. Since i am a married guy, the kid's pool and multi-purpose hall is the best amenities offered. Other than this, round the clock security, landscaped gardens, gymnasium, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court, facility to play indoor games, community buildings, cafeteria, banquet hall, electrical meter room, sub-station, receiving station, fire protection, fire safety equipment, are available. Moreover, the location is surrounded by nature for simple stay. The interior is spacious and we also have a balcony to sit and relax. Overall, i liked the overall construction work.

The International Airport of Chennai is 31 kilometers away. making it more convenient to reach the destination quickly. Abundance parking space for residents as well visitors is available. Water supply is available and you never face any problems in this matter. Anyways, the street lights are good which keeps the area well-lit and the crime rate is negligible.
