This villa community offers a good living atmosphere due to its spacious layout and uncrowded environment. The connectivity within the society is commendable, with easy access to cab facilities via app bookings. Within a 2km radius, residents have convenient access to several schools and supermarkets. Moreover, the main road nearby ensures smooth transportation. The community has excellent maintenance services, including regular garbage collection and thorough cleaning of the surroundings. Each villa comes with ample individual parking space. Furthermore, residents can enjoy amenities such as a gym, garden area, and small play areas.
Things need improvement
The poor construction quality of society buildings is primarily due to their older buildings. Additionally, there is a lack of amenities such as a swimming pool and proper play areas within the community.

This society has an excellent location, with convenient access to the main road and bus facilities within a 5-minute walk from the community. Additionally, numerous tech parks are situated within a 5 to 10-minute travel radius. Basic amenities such as supermarkets are easily reachable. Inside the society, residents enjoy a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, walking tracks, and lush green surroundings. The maintenance facilities are top-notch, ensuring well-maintained roads and surroundings. There are no problems related to the water supply. Moreover, there are no construction-related issues owing to the high-quality construction standards.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society approximately 4 years ago. During my time there, the society accommodated paying guests alongside families. Additionally, there were no proper outdoor sports facilities such as badminton or tennis courts.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Location of the society is very good. Maintainance charges are not high.

Traffic issues are faced sometimes outside the society.

In this community, there are cracks in the walls, not doing painting regularly and the pool is not in working condition due to the lack of regular maintenance.

I moved out of this society approximately two years ago. During my time there, the maintenance facilities were excellent, with a 24/7 water supply, and the surroundings of the society were consistently well-maintained with regular cleaning. The connectivity of the society is also noteworthy, with several IT companies easily accessible within a 2 km distance. One of the standout features of the society is its abundant greenery, which is well maintained through daily care practices. Additionally, the society offers various amenities including a gym, swimming pool, and small play areas.
Things need improvement
The design of the society's construction is not optimal; the buildings are older, and the ventilation is poor. Additionally, there are no supermarkets conveniently located near the society, requiring residents to walk approximately 15 minutes to purchase groceries or vegetables if they do not have access to their own vehicles.

Recently, a metro station has been established in the area, enhancing transportation options. The society also accommodates paying guests, offering excellent facilities such as a reliable water supply and efficient cleaning services. Basic amenities within the society include a swimming pool and a well-maintained garden area with good plants and trees. The construction quality of the society is commendable, ensuring good ventilation throughout the premises.

The rooms inside the flats are not spacious, and the maintenance of amenities is poor as the cleanliness of the pool is sometimes neglected.

The villas in Vaswani Bella Vista are really well planned, spacious and have great ventilation. I am a working professional and was not able to believe that I could find such a beautiful house in this location.

Vaswani Bella Vista is located close the IT hub and hence most of the people living here are employees and many stay as PG here. The security is really good and the houses are perfect for families.

The villas are located close to the offices and we can find many employees living here. The society is a little old, but it is maintained really well and has good amenities and excellent security.

It is hard to find such a low polluted and calm place in the middle of the city. The villas here are great and some of the amenities provided are a swimming pool, a gym and facility for indoor games.

The villas in Vaswani Bella Vista are really spacious and some of them are lent out for PG accommodation as well. The security here is really good and the neighbours are really welcoming and caring.
