Good things here
My experience living in the society was truly wonderful. The connectivity was excellent, with easy access to local transport. Reliable water and electricity supply ensured convenience for daily needs. Security was well-managed, with dedicated guards at the entrance. A proactive maintenance team took care of all aspects of the society. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and green park were available and well-maintained. The lifts were in excellent condition. The community was friendly and cooperative, and we celebrated all festival functions together. Pets were allowed, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a beautiful and enjoyable stay in�that�society.
Things need improvement
Overall, there was nothing particularly dislikeable about the society. However, one drawback was that public health facilities were not easily accessible and were located far away from�the�society.

Good things here
The roads surrounding our society are well-maintained, and cleanliness is prioritized within the premises. Fortunately, my flat doesn't encounter any leakage or seepage issues. We're lucky to enjoy amenities like a play area and garden. The community is friendly, and I appreciate having a balcony in my flat. Security measures are up-to-date with app management, and parking is ample for both residents and guests. Moreover, the lifts are in good condition, and the recent painting job adds to the overall upkeep.
Things need improvement
The distance to the metro and local railway station from our society is a bit inconvenient. Additionally, we lack amenities like a gym or swimming pool within the society premises.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity with access to autos, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and good roads. There are no traffic issues. Maintenance is great with regular cleaning, garbage collection, and prompt issue resolution. Construction is solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks and good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities include a garden, play area, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly with good interaction and no noise issues.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool and gym are not available , which could be one of the weak point of the society as these things makes the experience more enjoyable for fitness freak person

The property is free from seepage and power cut issues, with effective security measures ensuring resident safety. Designated parking is available for residents' convenience. The locality benefits from a nearby market area, offering easy access to shopping and essentials.
Things need improvement
The property lacks designated areas for personal celebrations and a clubhouse for community gatherings. Additionally, it does not have amenities such as a swimming pool and gym.

Nice location to live with family,well maintained locality,hotels,restaurants and bar also available. The major franchises of fast food and fashion are nearby.Good schools and parks for children here.Great water facility.

The complex has basic facilities such as a nearby grocery store, one of the best schools in the city within 2km. Hospital within 1 km. And have a clinic in our society itself for general.

Good complex with availability of all facilities nearby. Hiranandani estate has 3 parks which are maintained well and clean .Good walking, jogging ,yoga places here. You can have hospitals, schools and mall type areas etc.

The roads are well maintained and daily there are municipal Corporation workers cleaning the road and picking up all the garbage. You can have good schools , hospitals etc. Good water facility with electricity.Overall good.

The society is very good to live for middle class people having a park, gym, transportation facility is also nearby to the society's metro connect and schools is also nearby to the society, ample parking.
