Good things here
Overall my experience in that society was top notch,like managing commitee were very much attentive and helpful for the resident.Allocated parking space for resident and visitors.build quality was excellent.All the modern amenities were functional and tenant were not charged extra to use this facilities.Maintenance charges were reasonable.Society was neat and clean,Highly maintained .During rainy season there were no water logging issues around the society.
Things need improvement
Bachelor's are not allowed in the society.Power back connection has been given to common area only.Railway station is far away from the society.

Good things here
Living experience inside the society is just mesmerising as all the best to best amentiies are present in the society and well maintained.Allocated parking for the owners .High security system in the society ,all the areas are cctv coverd.Crowd of the people is good ,helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of the apartment is pathatic like roads outside the apartment is of very poor quality and duw to that water logging,traffic issues are there around the society.

Security system was excellent like it is very rare to find strick security in the society.Cleaniness was top notch in the society.no leakage and seepage issues in the society.All the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of the society was not that great it was little underdeveloped at that time.bachelor's were not allowed to use amenities in the society.

society has own internal women entrepreneur groups who works to enhace the society facilities and social life.demart grocerry is available inside the apartment only.spacious parking has been alloted for resident and visitors also.24/7 water supply and electricity facilities are available.people living in the society are very friendly and helpful
Things need improvement
power back up facilities are not provided to resident. managing committee has come up with new rules , bachelors are not allowed which is not great thing .

build quality of the apartment is good and maintaining sytem was top notch .atmosphere of the society was neat clean and hygenic.security sytem is good .residence of the society were very friendly and well behaved

everything in the society was great as such i dont have any complains but power back up was not provided which is problematic during power cuts.

Good things here
overall the living experience in that society was good .lots of open space was allocated even though the garden area was quite big.bachlores were welcomed in that society and they can use all the facilities without extra cost. all the amenities were top notch.
Things need improvement
build quality is not that great .walls of the every unit were always wet and peeling off and material used for plastering was poor quality. as such the connectivity was not that good .

large space for parking area has been alloted and even for visitors also.all the amenities were very well maintained .connectivity was good everything was available easily.security system was top notch.

power back up facilities are not provided.during summers water crises were there .swimming pool was also not properly maintained.

Akshar Elementa is premium society .cabs auto facilities are available easily.24/7 water supply and electricity is available .amenities are top notch . all the facilities like geyser,solar panel everything was available,managing committee was so attentive to resolve any issues.resident parking,visitor parking was allocated.
Things need improvement
as such the society has nothing to dislike but the raiway station was far away from the society.

This property stands out as one of the best in the locality. Maintenance is impressive, keeping the society clean and well-maintained. The construction quality is also noteworthy; the society still looks new. We have all the amenities like a gym, basketball court, swimming pool, and badminton court. Highly rated schools, colleges, hospitals, and markets are within a distance of 4 to 5 km.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there's no metro station near the society. The nearest railway station is about 4 to 5 km away, and the highway is approximately 1 km away.

Swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, gym like all the amenities are provided. Power back up facilities are there. Resident parking and visitor parking is also allotted .24/7 water supply, electricity supply available. Build quality is good. Living experience in this society is excellent

You have to take auto to reach railway station solar panel should be added in the society.

Good things here
Proper garbage disposible system has been given.Society was very wel maintained by the managing commitee.Build quality of the apartment was very good.Parking was quite spacious and allocated for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was drawback in that society,auto cabs were not available.bus stand and railway station is far away from the society.Tenant were not allowed to use any of the amenities.

Society is very beautiful and Maintenance is really good in the society. Rooms are quite spacious and each unit has big balcony from where you can enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere.Allocated parking space is there in the society.

Metro construction work is going on around the society,so it is very disturbing sometime and atmosphere becomes very much dusty.tenant has to pay extra to use amenities.some of the units faces leakage and seepage issues.

Good things here
No water logging and traffic jam issues around the society.Maintenance of the society is above average .all the Festivals are celebrated in the society .Allocated space for parking for resident and visitors.There is lots of open space and temple inside the society.

Power back connection has been given to common area only.All the modern amenities are present in the society but if you are tenant you have to pay for pool and gym.Some of the units facing leakage and seepage issues.

Good things here
There are no water logging issues around the society.Build quality was great.time to time painting and pest control done in the society.Crowd of the society is really good.place was really good and airy.Atmosphere was also wonderful and it was nice place to stay.Lots of open space was there in the society.

Society is little bit inside from the main road so connectivity was issue sometimes at that time.Power back facilities were not there in the society.Tenant were not allowed to use Amneities.

Overall my living experience in that society was good ,Rooms were spacious and noice proof even dry area and balcony has been provided.Connectivity was really good there were chemist near by and auto cabs were easily available.Build quality was good and all the modern amenities were there and well maintained.High security to there resident like biomatrix on the entrance.bachelor's are allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
Tenants were suppose to may extra charges to use any of the amenities in the society.Power back up facilities were allocated to common areas only.Open parking space has been provided for the resident no allocated parking.

Roads outside the society is of good quality and there is no water logging issues.maintenance of the society is really good like security is top notch and proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.Allocated space for owners and visitors parking.

There are seepage issues in the apartment.Construction work is going on in outside roads dur to which Traffic issues are there around the society.All the amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym area but tenants has to pay extra charges to use amenities.

Local market ,auto, cabs are easy to aproach near by the society.Schools are near by the apartments.there are chemist near by the society.Build quality is top notch there is no seepage issues in the apartments.24/7 water and electricity supply in the society.All the modern amenities are there and eveything is well maintained.Society is neat clean and well maintained.All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall good socialism in the society.

There is no multi specialist hospitals near by the society.Security system in the society is below average like verification should be done on the entrance and even cctv's are not well maintained in the society.
