SOCIETY IS SAFE TO LIVE AND YOU ARE SAFE AND SECURE AT NIGHT . THE SOCIETY IS SURROUNDED BY CCTV AND SECURITY GUARDS ARE THERE 24/7

This place offers a peaceful retreat away from crowded areas and pollution, surrounded by greenery. It's perfect for those who prefer to stay in rather than go out daily.
Things need improvement
It appears there are some significant drawbacks to living in this society. The lack of four-wheeler parking causes daily stress, particularly in the mornings when heading to the office. Additionally, the absence of power backup can be inconvenient. Furthermore, the school bus doesn't come to the society gate due to the lack of available space, which may pose challenges for families with children attending school.

Pyramid Home benefits from an excellent location, with close proximity to NH8 and an international school nearby. The convenience of having a shopping complex nearby adds to its appeal. Furthermore, residents can feel secure with the good security measures in place. Additionally, the presence of a well-maintained playing ground provides a great recreational space for families. Overall, it seems like a desirable place to live!
Things need improvement
It's concerning to hear about the power supply issues in the society, especially when it comes to meeting basic needs. This situation poses a significant risk, particularly for individuals with health issues who rely on a consistent power supply. While homeowners might have some recourse, potential renters should be cautious, as the lack of reliable power can greatly impact their quality of life. The flats in the society are incredibly affordable compared to others, with options available for under 10,000 Rs. Additionally, residents have the convenience of recharging their flat's electricity as needed, making it easy to manage during periods of absence. Moreover, the society has developed an app for residents to recharge their electricity, as well as to place orders for food and groceries. Ordering food and groceries is just a phone call away, and deliveries can be made within 10-15 minutes. The society also boasts multiple shops offering a variety of services, including groceries, barbers, chaat stalls, family restaurants, and more.
Things need improvement
One disadvantage of the society is its distance from the metro station or other transportation options. While there is a bus service from the society to the metro station every other hour, reaching the society from the nearest metro station can be time-consuming and somewhat costly. Additionally, the parking situation within the society is quite poor, forcing residents to park their cars randomly outside the society gates.

Good things here
The Pyramid Homes society appears to be quite impressive overall. Whenever I consider a well-rounded and affordable apartment, Pyramid Homes comes to mind.
Things need improvement
The main negatives highlighted are related to parking issues, as depicted in the attached pictures. Parking is not permitted within the society premises, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, the lack of power backup is seen as a drawback. The suggestion is to consider moving to a nearby society where amenities like power backup, parking, and better maintenance are available, even if it means spending a little more.

As a recent tenant in this society, I've noticed that it's well-maintained in terms of all services. There seems to be a system in place to ensure the society is kept in good condition. After looking at numerous flats, I finally chose one and made the move.
Things need improvement
There seem to be some issues with power backup and limited nearby stores in the society. Additionally, there's a lack of proper playgrounds for kids, which could be a concern for families. Furthermore, power cuts occur on a daily basis, which can be inconvenient for residents.

Pyramid Urban Homes; it's a peaceful area with great security services and friendly neighbors. The society's market is fantastic for hanging out and getting daily necessities, with the added convenience of home delivery. Plus, Pyramid Urban Homes has its own community center for parties, and the best part is, it's free of cost.
Things need improvement
Pyramid Urban Homes unfortunately has limited parking space for four-wheelers. The facility management, particularly the housekeeping and maintenance services, often fall short and are not consistently punctual, sometimes exhibiting rude behavior. Additionally, public transportation is not readily available in the area, necessitating a trip to Tupli Chowk. During the rainy season, there are occasional issues with seepage on walls in washrooms and balconies.

Overall, opinions about the society are mixed. While some residents like the peaceful atmosphere and security of the gated community, others struggle with infrastructure issues and services provided by management.
