Good things here
Society is on main road so the connectivity is really good like auto ,cabs are easy to approach near by the society even though local market is near by the society.High security system in the society like all the areas are under cctv survilance.Proper garbage collection in the society society is neat clean and hygenic.Build quality is really good like there is no leakahe and seepage issues in the apartment.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of the society is below average like swimming pool of the society is not functional since years now.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society... Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Parking space is available. Balcony is available in the society.
Things need improvement
Some issues regarding the elevators are faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. Highway is not connected near the society.

Society ka construction bohot acha tha koi bhi leakage ya seepage ya cracks nhi thi building me. security bohot acchi thi. bus auto sab pas me hi mil jata tha.
Things need improvement
Summers meWater supply ki bohot problem hoti thi ,bas 1hr hi water supply ata tha society me. gym and swimming pool tha but koi use nhi krta tha kyu ki vo proper maintained nhi tha.

I have been living in Amba Nagari since childhood and it is one of the best apartments in the locality. However, it is not maintained like before. You will find amenities including parking and lift.

The Amba Nagri housing society is pretty old with spacious homes and basic amenities that include free parking and children’s play area. The residence is good but requires better maintenance. It is overall good.

Amba Nagri is strategically located and you can find the required utilities at a walkable distance. It is a nice society that hosts gatherings and parties and the neighbours are friendly and helpful.

I have been a resident of Amba Nagri for several years. Two major problems that I have faced are water shortage and power cuts. The area is a little remote and not safe at night.

I am a resident of Amba Nagri and I can tell you that the flats are available at affordable prices. It is also situated in a good location and public transports are readily available.
