In this society, all modes of transportation including buses, and cabs, as well as schools, colleges, ATMs, medical stores, and clinics are located within a 1km radius. The overall maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning, garbage collection, and power backup facilities provided without any additional charges for residents. The quality of construction is high, resulting in minimal issues, and the painting is consistently well done. Moreover, the society offers added amenities such as indoor activities, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a gymnasium.
Things need improvement
In this society, a major problem with water has arisen recently, particularly at the onset of summer, which is a concern for residents.

Everything is conveniently located near public transport, malls, and taxi services, with ample open spaces. The neighborhood boasts gardens and a swimming pool, and residents are cooperative and friendly. Maintenance charges are reasonable.

Kendra Vicar is a conveniently located housing society in Shanghai, Navi Mumbai. It has good connectivity with both public and private transport options available. The society also has a shop and a doctor's clinic on-site for added convenience. Additionally, vegetable vendors visit the society twice a week, making it easy to access fresh produce.
Things need improvement
Kendra Vicar is an older society, so the buildings show signs of age with chipping plaster. There are often issues with the lighting, with many lights being out of order. The roads are worn out and not well-maintained, and the playgrounds lack proper upkeep. Additionally, there is minimal greenery within the campus.

My husband has diabetes, and he walks every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts, golf course, lawn tennis court exist here.
