Good things here
All amenities are well-maintained, and the residents are polite. Schools are conveniently located near the society, and the greenery is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Cleaning of the society is not up to the mark, especially the drainage cleaning, which needs improvement. The capacity of drainage tanks also needs to be increased.

Good things here
The cleaning in the society is pretty good. People are very positive-minded, and there is plenty of space around the society.
Things need improvement
Cabs are not available at night, which is inconvenient. The maintenance of the lift is very poor, and there are occasional water issues.

Maintaining of clubhouse is well-maintain and joyable. Lift maintenance is pretty good. Autos and cabs are easily available.
Things need improvement
Society doesn'tNT have a garden area. The gym area is not good there is no more equipments.

Good things here
One of the largest society in the city. It is a low rise society with superb ventilation and space. Loaded with amenitie like Grand Clubhouse, Swimming pool, indoor badmintion court, Gym, kids play areas and many more. The Parking area is very spacious and very clean. Maintaining of the lift is good. The security is great with CCTV installed in common areas. The greenary in the apartment and the surrounding areas is second to none. People are very positive minded. Mostly govt. servants are residing in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity like autos and cabs are not available in during night. Maintenance of the clubhouse could be improved. There is seepage issues during rainy season.

The maintenance of the lift is proper, ensuring its smooth operation. Security is crucial and maintained at all times for safety. The club area is enjoyable and well-maintained, offering a pleasant recreational space. Additionally, cleaning inside the society is well-done, contributing to a tidy environment.
Things need improvement
The absence of cabs and autos for transportation can be irritating for residents. Moreover, the garden area is not well-maintained, which is disappointing.

Public transports like buses are available in front of the society. Maintaining of lift is good.People are very co-operative and friendly.

Construction quality is very bad.Seepage issues may occurs sometimes on the society.Maintainance charges were increased.

Gym is well-maintained and lot of good equipments. Connectivity is quite good. Environment is very spacious and calm area.

Maintaining of lift is not proper. Swimming pool is not maintaining well. Construction quality is not good a lots of leakage and seepage issues in the society.

Autos and cabs are easily avilable during nigts also. Greenary of the society is excellent and peace of mind.Construction quality is very good.
