Good things here
The society features excellent maintenance facilities, including a 24/7 water supply and a generator facility for power outages. Cleanliness in the surroundings is diligently maintained. Amenities such as a gym, pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. Additionally, there is convenient access to schools, hospitals, and supermarkets in close proximity to the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is not up to par due to minor leakage issues, and the play area is also small.

It has all the elegance and style available in the affordable rate. Lots of greenery and peaceful ambience. Locality also peaceful. Safety level is good for family here. Mobile tower connection does not fluctuate.

Mantri global heights is the best project in Bengaluru. There is no loud noise and pollution around making it the perfect stay with the family. It is located near to the main road making commute easy.

Neighborhood is posh and safe. Some water logging problem during monsoon. The construction is strong and the interior is spacious enough to design as per our need. I am really happy that we are living in this dream home which is yield a good return in the long-term.

I have always trust in this project. Mantri global heights is a good project. Construction quality is really good with the best fitting and fixture. Open space is there a lot in this project with so much greenery; you will love using walking or jogging track here.

Everything is top class here. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network but construction noise is still there since project is coming up in phases. Area is safe and secure with some water logging in monsoon season. Overall the project is perfect to stay with family.
