Good things here

Vatican India Next is a very developed place. It's the best place to live. There are a lot of well-constructed societies with lush parks and swimming pools. It also has a mall nearby with all the needy shops and restaurants.,

Things need improvement

Suggested improvements or additions to the area include the need for a swimming pool, an updated gym with new equipment similar to a society gym, an increase in security strength, and the establishment of a club. These enhancements could contribute to the overall amenities and lifestyle offerings in the community.

The area is open with ample space for activities like cycling and playing for both kids and adults. It boasts minimal pollution, and there are now many shops, malls, schools, and hospitals in proximity. The construction quality of flats is acceptable, and there's a diverse range of options available, including high-rise and low-rise flats, plots, floors, and villas. The design of the flats is also appreciated for its aesthetics and variety.

Things need improvement

There are some drawbacks related to society management and security. Currently, there's no well-established Resident Welfare Association (RWA), and the security measures are lacking. The entry process relies on basic name checks, allowing anyone to enter without thorough validation. Security is a concern due to this issue. Additionally, the location is outside the city, connected to the main Gurgaon but about 15 kilometers away from Rajiv Chow. There's also room for improvement in the construction quality of flats.

It's a great place to live because it's clean and has a nice environment. There's a big open area that's perfect for walks, yoga, and exercise in the morning and evening. The community is well taken care of and looks nice.

The floors in this area can be pricey, and some of them don't have elevators. Additionally, there isn't a nearby metro station for convenient transportation.

It's a luxury apartment in Kasai East, a highly sought-after project located at the last station of Ever shine City. The apartment offers many contemporary facilities like a tennis court, a park, a running track, and 24-hour security. There is ample open and covered parking space. The location is convenient with a nearby market, and a school is within a 10-minute walk.

Things need improvement

The main issue is the water facility, which was a problem back in 2018. However, now, with fewer people living in the apartments, there is sufficient water. Additionally, there is a power cut once a week, lasting up to 4 hours. Apart from these concerns, there are no other problems in the apartment.

It's a gated community ensuring security and a friendly atmosphere. The society celebrates various festivals and offers separate space for sports activities. Each flat has designated parking, 24/7 water supply, and a good maintenance team. The spacious compound allows for walks and is pet-friendly. Conveniently located with easy access to the airport and railway stations, there are grocery and other essential shops nearby. D-Mart is in proximity, and a local market is held on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The well-maintained, clean society offers spacious and well-ventilated flats with proper lighting and fans. It provides options for both 1BHK and 2BHK flats. The locality features schools, hospitals, and shopping centers, making it one of the best choices in Kasai East.

Things need improvement

The society is dealing with seepage issues, leading to plaster falling from common areas. Limited visitor parking is available, and there is currently no metro connectivity. Additionally, there is no swimming pool or gym in the society, and the power backup only covers the lift and corridor lights. The lift's capacity is average, accommodating a maximum of four people at a time.

It's a wide open area with plenty of room for cycling, exploring, entertaining children, etc. This region has extremely little pollution. There are now numerous stores, malls, schools, and hospitals close by. The flats' construction quality is adequate. Flats have a pretty excellent layout. Although there is no area for sports or a court designed for a specific game, the toll is located right next to the establishment and there are no exceptions for residents of Vatika; you must pay that. Additionally, people have opened businesses in residential properties, and management is occasionally a little slack about doing their jobs, but overall it's a pretty awesome place to live. The water supply is good.

Quite a safe neighbourhood for families to live in, and a great location close to highways, proposed metro station, and commercial centres. Live contentedly there and take advantage of the nearby, excellent schools. Doctors' offices and hospitals are also close by. Excellent place to stay. You can use the open gym, and you can also take advantage of the fresh air. Be content.
