Additionally, the amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and community hall are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society lacks sufficient distance between buildings, leading to congestion and reduced privacy. This proximity can also impact ventilation and natural light in some units. It's essential for maintaining a comfortable and spacious living environment for residents.

There is a lot of space in the society, and it is very calm. Water facilities are excellent in the society. Power backup is always available in the society. Ventilation is also good in each flat. Maintenance of lifts is also good in the society. Garbage collection is done daily at a particular time in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good in the society. There are a lot of leaks in the bathrooms in the society. There are cracks on the walls in the society. Roads should be improved inside the society.

Moreover, the connectivity is satisfactory, with school buses conveniently stopping at the main gate and within a 1km radius reliable public transportation options are available such as bus stops.

There is no boundary wall for the community, which is sometimes unsafe. Additionally, the number of security guards is insufficient
