Good things here
Maintenance quality near the society was satisfactory with hygiene maintained and proper cleanliness. Construction quality was good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and swimming pool were available.

Transportation connectivity near the society was average, not many public transport options were available. The committee used to harass and bully the residents. Good things here
Maintenance quality of the society was good with properly maintained hygiene and cleanliness. There were no water supply or water logging issues. The construction quality was also satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were provided.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity near the society was average. Being a tenant didn't use any amenities. There was less interaction with the Residents being a bachelor.

Good things here
Autos, rickshaws are available 24/7 near the society. Market area is also close to the society. CCTV cameras and Lifts are installed in the society. Power backup is there in the society. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. My opinion is that the flat owners or people who are living with their fmilies are good. The best thing about this society is that the market is right in front of my society's gate so all my basic needs are met easily.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is average, it 's neither good nor bad. Improvement can be done. Water seepage and dampness is an issue with the flats on the top floor and corner flats because pipelines are running close to those flats. Otherwise it is not an issue with flats on lower floors. It is there but it is not much of a hassle. Gym, pool and park are there in the society but they are not maintained. Pool and the area surrounding it is not cleaned properly. Equipments in the gym are not maintained. Club house doesn't exist in the society. Builder did promise a club house but it was not constructed. Now even the builder is no more. But now mostly there are bachelors because of colleges in Greater Noida, so now we have to face some issues. Every month there are two- three complaints registered against them. They create chaos, liking drinking, playing loud music till late at night.

Transportation connectivity near the society is good with all public transport options within reach. Malls, markets and schools are also close by. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues or Plaster related issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Maintenance quality of the society is also fine with no water supply or logging issues. The garbage is removed timely. The Residents are decent and celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Paintings are not done timely. The equipment at the gym are quite costly.

The construction quality in Society was very good and the area of the units was very well provided for families.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is amazing as the metro station is located at walking distance from the society. Hospitals and schools are also located nearby. All the amenities such as swimming pool, gym, community hall, play area and library is available and maintained extremely well. CCTV cameras and lifts are installed in the premises of the society. Neighbours are helpful and cooperative. They celebrate all the festivals together in the society.
Things need improvement
The building quality is not upto the mark as the residents are facing seepage problem. The building is quite old and weak. Painting is also not conducted frequently.

Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Paintings are done on time in the society.

The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. There is no club house in the society, there is no space in the society to build a club house.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is available in the society. Stray dogs and insects issues are bot faced inside the society. Paintings are done on time. The common areas are maintained and repairings are done on time by the builders. Park, gym and swimmingpool is available in the society. The amenities are maintained properly.

In terms of location and connectivity, the society is top-notch. It has everything available nearby, and the roads are well-built. All amenities and facilities are available.
Things need improvement
The society is 8 to 10 years old, and it hasn't been repainted yet, causing it to look old. Repainting the society is necessary. There are numerous vendors outside the society, leading to congestion in the mornings.
